bought a B Gradephone and it was spotless, I can't recommend buying from them more. Buying on the web was easy. The charger that came with the phone was a joke but they specify you don't get one with a B Grade phone. Especially when you add the 24-month warranty that comes with every headset! Value is great and I will continue to buy electronics on them because I don't know why you would buy new
