Apparently they cannot escalate for…

Apparently they cannot escalate for lazy drivers not being bothered to collect items. 3 failed collections and they told me to wait 1-2 days to escalate it to Yodel. Appreciate the issue is to do with Yodel, however the lack of effort to help by p2g is a joke
