Didn't work for me, sadly.
My undies arrived quickly and were nicely packaged. They are comfortable to wear and I've been doing so for several weeks now. (I bought more than one set!) Unfortunately they have made no perceivable difference at all to my hot flushes during the day or my night sweats, so I can't recommend them.
