The staff including management are anything other than honest and helpful. You expect the place to be a friendly atmosphere but during birthday parties or quite patches, your made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The food is over priced for you have. if you complain to the supervisor/manager, don’t expect a friendly attitude or a apologetic attitude, you will be told you are wrong and be made to feel belittled.
No staff supervision on trampolines and laser parties. Childrens lasers are dangerous and wrap around the childrens neck, so constantly need to watch them play the game as no one else is there!
