Wrongly delivered products and no reaction on request for correction
2 of the 7 ordered items were wrongly delivered. An E-mail request to deliver the correct articles remains unanswered after 5 days. The two wrong items were returned, but no reaction is received. It is understandable that the company is very busy during the pre-Christmas period. But I expected at least a confirmation of receipt for my request.

Unfortunately we can not find an e-mail from you, but we did receive your package. This has been processed yesterday: we've ordered the proper products for you, we expect these today and will ship them as soon as possible. For the shipping we've credited € 6,95 yesterday, you most likely should receive this today.
