I've used ZZhosting for a number of years now and I stick with them because they do provide excellent service. These days it's hard to find a company that actually responds to your question without first making you jump through the hoops called canned responses but ZZhosting stands apart from these companies by actually providing you with a living, breathing human being to answer your questions & help fix any issues that may arise. I've always been dealt with quickly & fairly by the company & their support team and that's why I continue to stick with them.

The transition this week went very smoothly which is also something you don't see too often, especially when tech companies are involved.

After adding my credit card info, I tried paying the invoice. I kept getting the message "Statement Descriptor must contain at least one alpha character." I worked with the Support people, and they were able to fix the problem. It's good that they were quick to respond and address the problem.
