Don't respond to sales enquiries

Have filled out the enquiry form on their website a few times now, and never received a response. I don't have the patience any more to chase companies in order to do business with them, so I won't be.

I switched internet providers from Salt…

I switched internet providers from Salt to Galaxus (in Switzerland) with Salt the router worked perfectly but Galaxus sent me a Zyxel device and has been a nightmare since. Website blocking and parental controls do not work because they did not write the software in their device properly

Possibly the worst internet I've ever…

Possibly the worst internet I've ever had... I made the switch after a promising "great deal". My old internet was 35 a month but a bit slow for streaming. Sales man said this is the quickest internet for 65 a month and I wouldn't have any problems it's in the house less than a week and nothing but problems. Can't stream netflix takes at least 3 minutes to come on the telly. Stay clear

Poor excuse of a provider.

Nothing but problems since we got with them. Inconsistent internet at best, at worst, we would go hours and sometimes days without any internet, and this is while paying for fibre. Absolutely appalling quality. Wouldn't recommend at all. Been with them for a year and performance have been far below satisfactory.

I wouldn’t even give this company a 1 star

I wouldn’t even give this company a 1 star! The WiFi is always turning off, always disconnecting and always making my videos buffer. I have found that it is always in the night the WiFi turns off completely and will not connect. It’s the worst WiFi I have ever used in my life and have to always rinse my data because of it !

Terrible network

95% of the time the internet doesn’t even work every time you call them there is never an issue with the internet yet it barely connects to the tv every few minutes your having to try and reconnect it. honestly a waste of time we got our router round November last year and it worked slow but it worked then on Xmas eve it stopped working completely.

Network provider from hell

Zyxel has made my quality of life worse. It never connects to any computers and occasionally the network doesn’t function at all. Whenever we contacted their support team they said nothing was wrong with the router, despite us having confirmed it being a router problem by pinging it from different devices.

They offered to have someone come over to check if anything was wrong with the router, but that would cost even more money. That money is better spent on changing our provider

Garbage modem

Got a zyxel modem from my ISP. The admin interface is broken and unusable. It doesn't support all wifi channels and wifi keeps disconnecting / resetting

The first one died in a year and they…

The first one died in a year and they replaced. The replacement died in another year or so. I have never had other switches of this price range die at all. Even cheap Netgears don't just die. It is really disappointing to be alerted to an outage, then having to run into the office and seeing a dark switch that wont turn on. It was plugged into an APC giving protection. Frustratingly disappointed. It was the cheapest switch that performed some extras that we needed. Now, I know why.
