Extremely poor customer service
Extremely poor customer service, I cannot express in words how poor their customer service really is, I was made to hold on a month before they decide it was not their problem and passed me on to a completely different company, I had been with them for 3 years due to their pricing but it is true, you get what you pay for and you don't pay for customer service if you use this company
Very poor customer support
Customer support is very poor. It takes about 2-3 days before you get a response to your tickets and the support phone number is never answered, always goes to voicemail. No good at all and am afraid I can't recommend Zyma to people.

Completely Unfair from Zyma.com
It was said Zyma.com will provide Ad-word Voucher worth 75 Euros and now you have provided me Ad-Word voucher worth 24.81 Euros.
If you cant provide the promised voucher then why to mention it on your website or on your plan table. This is completely unfair.

I only have 1 website. it's been down for over week. I ask for help and get a stupid question in response (ie what website is down). Surely you can link a customer to their site? It's really basic stuff.

Cannot rate the service highly enough
I cannot rate the service provided by Zyma highly enough.
I decided to use them based on various online reviews. I have never had to transfer domains and hosting before, and am a complete novice but they have helped me through every step of the way. Alex and Moe in the support area have been very patient, and it feels like nothing is too much trouble. They are obviously expert at what they do, but they didn't make me feel that what I was asking was stupid!

Excellent performance, great support
Took out a hosting plan with Zyma as my previous web host was failing. I came here as I manage another website that has been hosted by them for the past 5 years with no problems (I did monitor this sites performance with Pingdom and apart from an occasional glitch the performance was excellent). I did have some problems transferring my websites and installing certificates, but the support is fantastic (better than my previous host whom I considered good) and the issues were solved within a day.

I always gave 5 stars. Last month, Last month I paid for the renewal, exactly what the site told me. I did not know I'd only paid for the domain, not the hosting, because only one bill was produced. Saturday morning, without notice, my site was blocked. customer service was vague: they insisted on clicking on the "invoice option" but despite sending them screen-shots showing that there was no "invoice option" they kept responding to click on the "invoice option".
This morning, finally, the new bill was produced.
1. Notify the week before if there are any problems with the payments
2. Customer service must READ the mail of the customer, never responding automatically with the usual phrase.

Worst Hosting and Domain - AVOID
Worst Hosting and domain option I have ever used! Zero support if you need it, all the live chat and contact number are inactive. And just to top it off, they are super expensive after the first year!!
Not to mention the servers going down.
