This company does not act correct on bad delivery

“Please note that this company makes very nice glassware, only the delivery is not OK and the after sales is a complete disaster.
6 Weeks (and still not OK) to send 1 glass....
You only get an email back “we are sending it to the right department, please be patient”.
Then you get a proposal to buy extra glasses with 1 glass discount (+ shipping costs still to pay), but just sending a glass again does not work. Too bad, because this way cooperation with them is not recommended, on the contrary.”
