Was a long process finding the right car for me but I experienced amazing customer service. Even though he may never want to see another car like mine again he never stopped giving his absolute best for the customer.

Jose was extremely professional, helpful, very reassuring & supported me through the whole process. Understood my requirements, budget & circumstances. I couldn't be more happy & looking forward to my new car.

The lady called Libby that initially helped me was wonderful to deal with, extremely helpful and answered all of my questions.

We had a great experience with Zuto, especially thanks to Karim, who was brilliant throughout the whole process. He helped us find the right car and was always very quick to respond to any questions we had. I was quite indecisive and struggled to make my mind up on which car to go for, but Karim was extremely patient, understanding and helpful the entire time. He never made us feel rushed and went above and beyond to make sure we found the right car for us.

Wow so easy to get finance for a great car and deal ,Jack who i dealt with was a true gent ,he took me through all the stages available with no pressure on me to rush my application , i was a bit unsure at 1st but i was soon at my ease , 1 car found , deal done , prices to suit , and all within 4 hours , again i must commend jack on his attitude and skills , Zuto gave me a chance no one else would ,so thanks again Zuto and to Jack .

Around 3 weeks ago I had crashed my car and needed to find a new one ASAP. One of the employees named Nathan was extremely helpful. He would contact me often to see where my situation was, to see if I was able to get a car. He helped me find the perfect car for me, despite how long everything took. It took quite a while for everything to get settled but he continued to help me find a car under the circumstances and the categories I had asked for. He helped me get the cheapest option I could as well. The perseverance he had to help me find a car was amazing. He was a great help and his customer service was brilliant. I definitely would recommend this company.

Dave is an absolute credit to the business. His responsiveness, turning a quote around in minutes on a Sunday lunchtime is indicative of his professionalism and approach. He also balanced this beautifully with patience and maturity when admin challenges outside of both mine and his control added unforeseen delays to getting the deal finalised. A pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend and should be commended by his management.
