Zurple has some good features, like behavior-based follow-up emails that feel personalized and timely. I've had a few decent leads come through, but many haven’t been serious buyers. The interface is clunky and not super intuitive, and support can be slow at times. It’s not a bad tool, just not as smooth or effective as I’d hoped.

Bogus leads. I bought 2 zip codes based on a sales pitch and was promised
18 leads a month, I received 3 leads without phone numbers,
one was from a different state (outside of my area).
The only thing they've done is pester me to collect after
I requested them to cancel because they didn't deliver what they promised. They've even sent me a lead for a CMA,
without an address... Waste of money!
