Great quality product (even commented upon by my tradies) and great service. One item was damaged during delivery which was annoying, but the service people rectified it very quickly and sent a new one out

Only giving one star because I've been bombarded with automated marketing emails from Zure – begging for a review – ever since I made a purchase back in November. I understand one, two, even three emails...but it's been constant, disruptive, and unwelcome.

It’s a beautiful product and came in a timely manner although the draws collide with eachother when you open and close them

Products are awesome and well priced, but what sets Zure apart is the customer service. They kept in touch with me every step of the way. In the end the purchase of our property fell through and just as the products were being packed we had to cancel, which they did without question. It's so rare to have good customer service these days, and I really can't fault them at all in this regard. I would happily use their services again and hope to in the future.

I had a really wonderful experience with Zure when designing and building a bathroom and laundry renovation that we recently completed. Setting up the account and buying online was really easy. I wasn't sure about some of the items that I was picking, but the online chat function was really easy. It was actually great, and the support team I found was really helpful in helping me make sure I had the right selection.

Before I checked out, the delivery was great and seamless. Everything arrived on time, undamaged, ready to go. I particularly liked that the cabinetry was all pre-assembled for the most part, which made life really easy when it came to assembling.
Quality of the cabinetry and hardware is great and meet standards instructions that came with everything worked well

I Had an issue with one of the toilets that arrived that had some faulty electronics and it was replaced the same day.

I bought a waterfall bath spout, delivery was prompt, spout is great (bought nearly a year ago, no problems to date). I bought it to match Caroma Luna brushed nickel fittings because I didn't like the Caroma spout options. The colour was a perfect match.
