If you have the option to go with another lender, I would recommend doing so. I made my monthly payment to ZuntaFi every month for over 5 years, and one my student loans still had a balance higher than the original amount. I’m sure ZuntaFi was well within their legal rights to charge such high interest, but their practices feel dishonest nonetheless. I’m relieved to have refinanced with a more reputable lender.

After paying ZuntaFi a 5k Loan at the end of the loan my balance was $95 the company received my final payment but still reported it as charged off 2 weeks after my previous payment was received. Instead of simply closed and paid in full with creditors. My $95 was not returned so it was not charged off.
Thus negatively effecting my credit profile. I reached out to the company; requested correction.

A manager would not come to the phone and they did not call me back as told. I disputed it with the Credit Agency and Zuntafi incorrectly verified the wrong information. This is very disheartening as a consumer who paid the loan in full.
AVOID THESE PEOPLE I AM EXTREMELY UPSET. My credit as a disabled Mom is extremely important and the smallest inaccuracies effect ppls real lives.

Overall, fairly easy to use. There were times where it wasn't really clear what I was waiting for to progress to the next level, for which I called in. However, my questions were answered quickly.

Always act in timely fashion and very professional!

It was easy to do. None of the hang-ups had to do with ZuntaFi, they just had to do with the state regulations/policies of where my co-signer lives.

That process was very straight forward and all the people I talked to over the phone were very nice and helpful

Website was set up well and easy to navigate for a first timer getting a student loan, and they got back to us fairly quickly.

As with the loan I applied for last year, the company has once again raised it's interest rates, this time all the way up to 13% for a student loan. This company is a predatory student loan company with rates like those. I have great credit, and and I am going into my 3rd year of school, so I have two previous student loans in my name, but I have never defaulted on a loan, missed an interest payment, or had any outstanding balance on my credit cards. The federal rates as of today are at 7.05%. This companies rate is nearly double that. Shame on you.

People were nice, responded in a timely manner, and I get to be trained as a physician with this loan. I truly couldn't be happier.

13% interest on a student loan should be criminal.
