Actually very pleased with my order despite most reviews, my parcel came withing the 15 working day period which was unexpected, but thankfully arrived safely and securely all the way to Ireland, only bad thing to comment is that the emails where all in Swiss would have been great to have more of an English written email as most countries speak some English language. All the same I am very happy with the product.
I am very satisfied with the product and the service. Despite the delay of 4 weeks due to a holiday, after contacting customer service, I received a response within 5 days. They apologized sincerely, contacted the service, provided details, and offered to resend the order without any extra charges once I confirmed my address. However, the original order arrived the next day, so there was no need for them to resend it.

Zunder is just a scam. If your goods do get to you they will be of lower quality than advertised. With the item I ordered they used a name and photo of a top brand. What arrived was a shoddy piece of crap. Contacted them, no answer.

I have ordered my items more than 3 months ago. I have neither a refund nor the package in my hands and Zunder stopped communicating with me after I asked them to review the case.
