So I was definitely skeptical about this site because of the reviews, I signed up last night and purchased the lowest welcome offer, I kept hitting the bonus on a game, and racked up 400 in no time! I thought for sure it was too good to be true, but I just checked my account to see my balance, forgetting about this site and it was already posted!! This is an honest review, y'all need to check this site out, it's legit!

So, again. I went ahead and purchased another package on this garbage. Wanted to give it another chance. Bought $20 for 100 spins plus 4 free sc. And guys, You would thought 100 will give you more then you bought. Like other sites i have played. Well, on here they fkn don't!! Won only 12sc from those 100 fs. I opened an account at Zunado yesterday and received 2.00 SC for completing my profile. Shortly after, I won over 400 SC and attempted to redeem 80%, which is a normal process on legitimate sweepstakes platforms. My redemption was denied, and the reason they gave does not match anything stated in their own terms and conditions.

What’s even more concerning is that Zunado requires users to purchase a package in order to “advance.” This means paying is required to unlock features or progress, which violates basic sweepstakes compliance rules. Sweepstakes‑style systems cannot require purchases for advancement or redemption. After denying my redemption, they also reduced my balance from over 400 SC down to just 11 SC without valid explanation.

This behavior raises major red flags. It reflects dishonesty, non‑transparency, and inconsistent enforcement of their own rules. Customers are expected to follow the terms and conditions, yet Zunado is not following theirs. I reviewed their rules twice, and nothing supports the actions they took.

I will not be purchasing any packages or continuing to play. Based on my experience, this platform engages in practices that appear deceptive and unfair. I also took screenshots of the terms, rules etc, my request, reason for denial and the taking of the funds leaving 11.00.

Edited to add: Customer support did reach out and told me the limit was stated in their terms and conditions. I even screenshot the entire section and enlarged the text to make sure I didn’t miss anything. This is the third time I’ve gone through it, and still there is no mention of any max multiplier. The only thing I can find is a line saying they can choose to honor it or not, which I take as exactly that, a choice, not a stated limit.

I was never shown the specific section that supposedly supports their claim. If I’m wrong, I will be the first to apologize and update my review accordingly.

 On the 11th of June 2026, I won money from Zunado .casino in the amount of $6922.23. After that I continued to play and I won in excess of $9000. On the 12th  of June 2026, they sent me an email telling me that my account was temporarily placed under review,  and would be temporarily restricted. After that they failed to provide me with any details, and have not allowed me access to my account, and have refused to pay me any of my winnings.I have made numerous requests for my account to be unlocked and my winnings to be paid. I have made these requests everyday. I ask questions, and I don't get answers. Instead I get a generic form.
Hope that somebody from Zunado do the trouble to answer me in this form.

This site is horrible. They experienced “technical glitches” which caused them to remove all but 16 dollars from my account balance. They are scammers and only care about themselves

Support takes forever to respond, and they are another scammy site looking for any reason to not pay anyone. They’ve asked me to verify two different cards that aren’t mine, and were never used on my account. I’ve only made one purchase, and I submitted clear proof of card ownership and they still won’t pay me. They just don’t want to pay the $359 redemption. Absolutely ridiculous. It seems like all these new casinos popping up are all scams and trying to steal peoples money. I’ll update if they ever pay me.

In one glaring instance, a balance of 14.52 SC suddenly vanished and corrected down to 0.72 SC after a long delay, claiming a loss that never reflected in real-time.

Fix this, other social casino have done this why can't your casino have this?

Won 200 tried redeeming and it got denied for some reason. Went to log back into my account and now I can't even login. I've tried messaging there customer support and still haven't heard anything back. So frustrating

All of you all saying that it was a quick or instant withdrawal, must be either workers of the company or relatives of workers, because first of all they specifically tell you that the only way you can withdraw is to your bank account that takes three to five business days... I have not tried to withdraw yet because I just opened my account. But I just thought it was funny that these people giving it five stars saying that it's quick redemptions when it's specifically tells you that it's got a very slow redemption process because it only allows you withdraw to your bank account, which takes days
