An item from my order 3317465 is missing and I sent 3 e-mails so far to customer service, left messages in public and in private on Instagram and have been completely ignored. This has been goung on for 15 days now. It’s absurd, no respect or attention to the client, no ackowledgment of the problem, no solution. They take your money and disappear.

They don’t have a working number I want to call. I tried a lot to reach out but the forms is all there is . There is not a chat chatbot to talk to either. I placed an order for baby vitamin, express delivery I paid extra after it showed it will be delivered within a day. Unfortunately I have to go on the long travel now and won’t be able to return in 30 days also

The quality of the products is good and the delivery is prompt.

I made an order on the 14th of november. 3 products for 40+ euro. Never arrived. Dhl told me to ask Zumub, and Zumub told me to ask DHL.
End of the story?? No money back, no product

was a fast delivery but the proteín bag zipper is broke.
For a 2kg bag should be better quality.
