Insanely bad casino, scam
Insanely bad casino. When you finally win something and want to cash out, they ask for a lot of documents. After a couple of weeks it gets fixed, but than the real problems start.
The rakeback and cashback calculations are very wrong. they pretend you can get high rakeback and cashback percentages. You have to bet a lot of money to meet the requirements to achieve those percentages, all of which I have met. Then you get VIP status and there would be special customer service. That customer service doesn't do anything at all. I have been waiting for 3 weeks for the correct rakeback and cashback amounts (+- 500 euro's), but no one is doing anything about it. It is a scam and after playing with a lot of money I will never play here again.
