A queue of 18 dayssssss?? Waiting for 50 Euro???
Op 9 september heb ik een withdrawal gedaan van 50 euro (niks bijzonders dus). Nu op 27 september is de uitbetaling nog steeds "pending". Via de chat om uitleg gevraagd. Dit was de reactie:
"I would like to inform you that your withdrawal is currently on hold due to a security check being conducted by our relevant department. Unfortunately, I am not in a position to give you an estimated timeframe for when this will be resolved, as our specialized department handles such cases according to their position in the queue. We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding while we work through this situation".
A queue from September 9th to September 27h???? This fact and the answer of Liam (agent) is a terrible service......uhmmmm no service at all!
