Terrible Service
I am leaving a review for this company. I ordered Pajamas over two weeks ago. The tracking number provided does not work. When I contact customer service or support via email or dm’s on social media they do not reply back. This is ridiculous. I will call my credit card company stop the payment!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! The bamboo fabric is a game-changer for our sensitive skin. I've noticed a huge difference in my baby's eczema since we switched to these sleepers. Amazing products and even better service lately!

Nice fabric but odd sizing
The positives: The image rendered on the pj's of our dog looks good. Also the fabric is nice and soft. The weight of the fabric seems more substantial than other bamboo pj's I've purchased, which leads me to believe that they will hold up pretty well.
The downsides: There is very odd sizing. I bought 3 sets (tops/bottoms) for members of my family. Only 1 set has dimensions that are reasonable, the adult small. The adult medium pants are very long and have a crazy high waistline. The children 16-18 pair way too small. Pay attention to the sizing chart when ordering as the items do not fit like typical brands sold in USA. The delivery took forever. The company said it would ship within 6-8 business days. In actuality, it took 3 weeks to ship and another 1 week to arrive from China. Be aware that any attempt to contact customer service is only by email and you will likely receive a response that seems more like AI than an actual person. The company is not set up for direct phone calls.

I had an issue where one item in my big order was missing. Usually, this is a headache with online shops, but this team was incredible. They replied within minutes, apologized sincerely, and sent out the missing item with a small "bonus" gift for the trouble. It’s rare to find a shop that takes such quick responsibility.

More than expected!
The PJ’s are even more than what was advertised! My picky daughters love them for their children. My 4 yr old grandson was so excited with his personalized pjs that he wore his shirt to school!
The only thing to be aware of is that the shipping takes awhile , so don’t order expecting it within a week.

Late product resolution

Buttery soft, durable, and made to last
The material on these sleeves is so buttery soft. My kids live in them! We're washed our short zippies dozens of times and the zippers are still perfect and the fabric hasn't pilled at all. This is a company that clearly cares about durability

These jammies are super cute and super soft
I originally ordered these custom pajamas about a month before Christmas, I was really hoping to have them in time for the holidays. I was not aware that they were coming from China. With all that being said once I did get the pajamas they had a misprint. I contacted the company right away and they got back to me and had the new jammies in the mail shortly after. You may see them a few days ago and they are so cute and perfect. Thank you for the amazing customer service.

I am always a little hesitant about…
I am always a little hesitant about purchasing apparel online, given how many scams are out there. I thought the pajamas from Zumbamboo looked so cute, however, so thought I would take a chance. We did receive them and they were a gift - oh, boy, did she absolutely LOVE them. Not only are they so cute, but they are so soft! I would HIGHLY recommend these for your own children and as gifts.
