Don't spend your money here
Well, for the past couple years now I've been playing zula having a great time and a pretty good return. Never had any problems with games or cashing out prizes or anything... up until a couple weeks ago when I see a charge on my card from zula, for 49.99$ it took my account negative. I looked at zula website and see that there is no transaction history for this withdrawal. I contacted customer service with constant replies asking for more proof. I finally have them every piece of proof they could possibly have... all of a sudden no more replies and no reverse on my card.. so I guess I'm going to have to close my account... I would not recommend this site to anyone cuz at anytime, they'll take your money just cuz they want to and there's nothing you can do about it. My card company will not let me dispute it and zula is not taking responsibility. So very disappointed.
