I have ordered numerous interactive bracelets from Zox and I love them. So do my adult kids. If something goes wrong they make it right fast and effortlessly. You have to appreciate a company that truly stands behind their products!

I has ordered the wrong size bands for watch as a gift and when I sent in a ? About returning, they credited me same day so I was able to order the correct size. Awesomeness

This company is amazing. I love ALL (well, 99.9%) of their products. I would recommend Zox to LITERALLY ANYBODY!! I am constantly getting compliments on my straps and even my apple watch bands now! Their Customer Service is TOP NOTCH, you seriously CANNOT find another company with better customer service than Zox, it's OUT OF THIS WORLD! They reply as fast as possible and give you THE BEST possible resolution to your problem, that sometimes you weren't even expecting! One downside I MIGHT say is that MAYBE so many people are ordering that my orders take a while to get to me (at least longer than they used to a year or more ago), BUT I am NOT 100% sure if that is on Zox OR the SLOW POKE Postal Service...
Either way, I have ALWAYS been 100% satisfied with EVERY Zox purchase I have ever made, and I expect that to continue! Oh, and I LOVE the sustainability features of their products! The wristbands are made out of recycled water bottles!!! It doesn't get any better than that!!!! And they last like FOREVER! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE ZOX!!!!

I love all my bracelets and watchbands. I love the fact I can change the topic so I get a quote that I need each day. Zox has the best customer service. I have a lot of bracelets and I tend to buy more.

My sister had bought me one of the bracelets after my husband was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. The bracelet had stopped interacting w/my phone after a short amount of time. I wasn't sure if they'd really stand behind their product but I contacted the them and they did! It's so nice to find a company that has awesome products backing them! Thank you very much!! I'll be back to purchase more from them!

I had contacted the company after my package was lost, which was not their fault- It was the carriers fault. They were completely understanding of the situation and had issued me a refund.

I've ordered from them one other time, years ago. This time I had ordered a watch band, their poducts are simply amazing and inspiring. Their products will always have a special place in my heard.

This company is awesome! I had a problem with my bracelet and they took care of it right away and it was already in the mail before they emailed me back !! They are doing good things!

I have shopped with ZOX before, but unfortunately this experience has been extremely disappointing.

The product took around a month to arrive, and the customer service was incredibly slow throughout the process. They rarely replied to my messages, and every response took several days.

When the sunglasses finally arrived, it was obvious they were not authentic. I even took them to a sunglasses store to compare them, and the materials and overall quality were completely different. For £80, you would at least expect a decent-quality replica, but these were of extremely poor quality.

After only two weeks of use, I placed the sunglasses in my bag and the lens broke. The build quality was unbelievably cheap.

I contacted customer service straight away. They kept asking me to send photos, which I did. A few days later, they claimed they hadn't received them and asked me to send them again, so I did. Since then, I have continued chasing them, but nothing has been resolved. It has now been over a month, my sunglasses are still broken, and I have received no meaningful support.

Overall, this has been a terrible experience. Poor product quality, very slow customer service, and no resolution to a genuine issue. I would not recommend anyone to buy from this company.

Love all the ZOX products I have purchased. They have a great reward point system that helps with future purchases and keeps me coming back, lol.My original purchase was because they had beautiful watch bands for my Pixel watch (those are hard to find) but now I have bands, keychains, charms and even joined a club. Love all my purchases and have even given a few as gifts to my children. I would also like to note that their customer service is top notch. I have had a few minor issues and they answered quickly and took care of the issue with no problems. Very great to work with.
