What a nice experience that I had at Zor ,It was my first time visiting with my friends all thanks to Mcebisi we had an amazing time the service was brilliant, food and drink came very fast and their cocktails where very nice😀 I'm definitely going back ❤️❤️

They did good work for me 2017-18 but now something is seriously wrong. I have still not received my print order from early January and, more worrying, they are not answering any contact, whether email or phone calls. It appears they are still trading; so I would advise to be careful. Sad, they were very good, quality/price, maybe too much so.

My good-ish experience:

In my opinion, 5 stars* ..but..:
*Minus 1 star for unexpected delay.
*Minus 1 star for missing items.
In summary, I will order again because price/quality ratio is worth it.

1) The delivery of two pictures took a month (and not 7-10 days as advertised), Ok, it's the end of the year, there is a lot of work, especially with competitive prices like Zor has - I do understand.
However, Zor did not inform me of the upcoming delay.
They did however reply to my email fast and apologised - communication so far was efficient.

2) Pictures are really nice. Price/Quality ratio is great! Worth the wait.

...but...
3) My order arrived incomplete. I am missing the two sticker packages to hang the pictures. Once again, without a word from the company in this regard, I emailed them.
They replied that they ran out of stock and will ship once stock is back. It would have been nice to know that upfront, I would have gone to buy these stickers myself next door rather than paying and now waiting for a restock for the end of the year (? or later).
I suggested a sticker refund, so far.. no reply.

Placed an order on March and current status is that it was delivered on May 20th, but I have not received it. I had used this company in 2019 and 2020 with no issues, delivery to the UK took a while but it was still acceptable.
I've contacted this company by email, phone, Instagram, and no one replies. I've been charged for the service, received nothing and can't seem to be able to do anything about it. Avoid at all costs, such a shame.

Ordered on the Wednesday with estimated delivery on the following Monday but actually arrived sooner on the Friday. Well packaged and quality product. 👍

I am putting on a personal exhibition at the Cell 10b Gallery in Liège in March 2023.
From a distance I ordered 22 photographs in dibond 40 x 60 cm colors.
Not knowing well, I was anxious. But I received everything, well packaged and if there was any doubt, I received instructions, telephone help from the service and the appropriate prompt correction.
I recommend. Order earlier in order to compensate if necessary.

Like everyone else are typing here, the company seems to be in hibernation or something because they don't deliver prints in time.

I made two orders on December 14th. According to my order status the prints were in production on the 15th, but since then nothing has changed. Haven't received any kinds of emails regarding to delays or whatsoever, despite EU regulations requiring companies to inform their customers about such.

I was hoping my recipients would have received the prints during the Christmas holidays since our postal services don't take holidays, but no.
Instead everything's just quiet on ZOR and nothing seems to go forward.
Problem is that one of the recipients is leaving the country next week and won't be home for 2 months. So this print is going to be standing out there, in the cold, during snowfall and rain for two (2) whole months period while the box it's delivered in falls apart and the print cracking off. No thank you!

This isn't the first time ZOR showed me bad service.

Wrote an email to them last summer and they promised me a suspension frame for Dibond prints, but apparently they can't deliver this because it's to complicated to produce. Sorry to say but no it's not.

Second time was when I ordered a small print and wanted them to delay it for a few days because I wouldn't be home during the delivery, but not even this they could respect and they shipped it off anyway. I had to travel to the other side of the damn capital area (80 km) to get hold of my print before it would be shipped back.

And now this. What the actual fck is going on with this company? Seriously, are they stupid or something?

Due to delays like these the customers should get their money back. That's the least they could do if they can't deliver in time!!

It's a lousy lab, someone who isn't used to anything more than an IKEA print and isn't in a hurry might be satisfied here.
But as a professional photographer, you'd better stay far away from here. Poor quality, poor communication and sometimes more than a month of waiting for a decent print. Made an order on 27 July only to receive the print on 2 September. Never again ...

Ordered a 120x80 aluminium printing on the 26th of November 2021. Received it on the 15th of December. Massive scratch on the top right corner plus additional marks due to a poor wrapping of the print (wrapped with plastic/celophane film rolled around the printing which has caused the marks)... No news from the Customers Service apart one reply on IG. Phoned them on a daily basis, four times a day with no answer on any of their numbers. Run away from them !!!

I've used Zor.com several times now. The quality of their aluminium prints is excellent. Both the colour reproduction and the detail are top notch and the finish, which they refer to as 'satin matt' is beautiful - No issue with finger marks, which in any case can be removed with a damp cloth and no glare whatsoever, so the print can be viewed from any angle. I've scoured the web for the best alu-print option and no one came near the low prices and very high standard offered by Zor.

Excellent service, great product, price is amazing! I will use this company again...

Update after a second try: I got credits to replace the bad prints I received in my first order. The quality of the prints in my second order were good and I have changed my rating from two to three stars. They are not gallery prints, but that's also not what you should expect from the price. They are good, not excellent, absolutely not bad, but good. They work great as wall decorations in your home, and as gifts.

The quality of the first order was so bad that it should have been caught before it was sent to me, and the fact that it wasn't means I can't really change the rating more. Had I received this quality on the first try I would have given Zor.com four stars.

The support at first pushed back my claims of bad quality prints, and said it must be because my photos were noisy. They caved immediately when I sent them photos, however, and gave me credits to reorder.

This is the review as it was after I received the first order: Really bad quality prints. They look like they were printed on an old inkjet that hadn't been cleaned in a while. Low resolution and streaky. You get what you pay for, and Zor is cheap.

Ordered a print on plexi (zorglass) to try it out and judge if the quality would be sufficient for commercial purposes (ie. gallery use). Unfortunately it is not. The print quality is fine and the image looks good, however the finish on the edges is all but acceptable and very rough. It also takes a very long time for ZOR to produce the image, it takes the full 10 days for them to produce the image (thats without shipping) and for them to respect the 10 days you need to chase them up, otherwise it won't happen. In addition to that their shipping company (DPD) also messed up resulting in me having to wait 16 days for my print to arrive. The packaging of the print (for shipping) is extremely amateuristic with a bunch of used cardboard, bubblewrap and tape on special. So for any descent client delivery you would certainly have to re-package the prints.
For the cheap price you also have to content yourself with no hanging frame of any kind, so you literally get the piece of plexi with no attachement options at all. ZOR does offer some sort of sticky 3M attachement to be stuck to the back of your print but to be honest I don't trust sticky pads like that and find them unprofessional. So i will have to create my own alluminium frame for hanging (i did know this before I purchased the print but still find it a miss and would happily pay extra for the option of haveing this available from the website)
They are the cheapest online, and you get what you pay for. The prints are nice and certainly good enough to put on your livingroom wall. However, for any professional or serious use, such as gallery, exhibit, or prints to be sold to customers the quality and overall handling is below par and unfortunately un-usable.

Fantastic quality prints, quick service and good communication! I ordered 8 Alu-Dibond prints on Monday and they were delivered on Friday. The packaging is very robust and the prints are totally safe inside! The prices are really nice too! I would highly recommend this company!

I am very satisfied with the print quality and the product. The ZOR lab is serious and I do not regret having tested their services! I strongly recommend it to all those who wish quality prints at a small price!

I ordered 4 dibond 90 x 60 cm prints. The Order was completed in about a week and the prints delivered by DPD well protected. This is an extremely good service at a great price. I will order some more and have no hesitation in recommending Zor

I ordered from ZOR.com for testing product Alu Dibond 60x40cm. Ordering and delivery were without any problems, used materials assured high quality of printing process. Colours are realistic and live. Price for this product is also excelent against other companies which have in their portfolio identical or very similar product. I recommend to other photographers use ZOR.com for their photo printing.
