Have used them before

Have used them before, quick and easy, 1 small snag is that the interest rate went up by 1.5% when applied but I will enquire about this, they are understanding. More about the firm quick and easy.

Shocking delay in transfer of ISA

Have had a Zopa ISA for a while and found a better rate elsewhere and submitted a transfer request on March 31st and it arrived in my new account today 20th May!! They repeatedly told me it was the new provider which was not true. New provider repeatedly tried to contact Zopa with no response, very poor and disappointing loss of interest whilst I was waiting. Partner did the same transaction with the new provider (from a different bank to Zopa) and funds were in his new account in 5 days.
Zopa account now closed.
