Boughta sentik heater from them. It was sparking and company refused to refund. Disgusting. Good job i bought through amazon who sorted it. Lucky they havent killed anyone. These heaters should not be allowed to be sold.

Purchased an LCD alarm clock via wowcher / living social. Apparently this piece of useless plastic once retailed at £59. I doubt that very much. It’s the most worthless piece of junk I’ve ever had the misfortune to purchase. It is certainly not fit for purpose as the instructions are useless and if you do manage to follow them you’ll find the functions of the clock are non-existent. Coupled with that is the fact you have to purchase a 4.5 V adapter for the illumination to stay on in the night and the unit still wouldn’t work properly. Zoozio contact page does not work so forget trying to contact them. I’m pursing a claim through my credit card.

I wish I had read the reviews on LCD digital projector alarm clock and weather station from Zoozio. Total waste of money. Light does not stay on long enough to set clock times and I still haven't managed to set the alarm yet. You have to find a small button to light up screen so by the time I find it I will be wide awake. I was going to try to return it but after reading the reviews, I think I will save myself the grief. I have just spent the last hour trying to find out what happened to another purchase from wowcher. the website shown did not exist on screen but when I did find it on the web, it was flagging up all sorts of warnings about being a dodgy site. As soon as all my orders come through, (if they do), I will never purchase from wowcher again.

What an appalling product and company. Bedside weather station alarm clock. To set the thing up was a nightmare as the screen doesn't stay illuminated long enough to complete each process. Eventually, I got the right time set up and put it by the side of the bed. Woke during the night and after fumbling in the dark trying to find the button that illuminates the screen I was wide awake. It didn't light up. following day went and purchased a 4.5-volt power adapter and plugged it in. As stated the laser light stayed on but the screen failed to do so. After looking up their telephone I gave them a call without any success, so I attempted to submit an online complaint which did not go through either. after trying for three days I gave up. A total waste of money from a company you cannot get in touch with.

Absolutely rubbish!!!!! Might as well of put my money down the toilet !!!!

I ordered a heater weeks ago and they still haven't replied and I dont even have a way of contacting the seller. This is awful service. Its been over due by a week and still nothing. I even tried to track the order down with Royal Mail and the tracking number is non-existent.

I purchased a Sentik Heated Airer via WOWCHER. First use it broke and exposed a LIVE WIRE subsequently blowing home fuses. Had anyone touched it they'd be DEAD. WowCher have REFUSED to deal with it and are still permitting this DANGEROUS item to be sold. I am publishing this not only as a warning to treat WOWCHER with caution but also to prevent tragedy through the purchase of goods from ZOOZIO Ltd.

The worst company I've ever dealt with. Only one part of a set of shelves arrived, and no matter how I've tried they have failed to get the rest to me. The automated complaint system is designed to grind you down. This is modern day sharp practice. Do not use them.

This product has failed, one if the side supports us bending outwards and now feels unsafe to put my weight on when raising myself up. One if the foam paxdungs has completely come away and the framework inside is loose. It has had only normal use for gardening. I have contacted the seller and sent photos, they have replied saying I should return it meaning I would have to buy packaging and pay postage. I will never deal with them again, Amazon have not helped at all

Terrible company. Purchased an electric blanket from their Amazon shop, the item lasted all of 12 weeks before it developed a fault. I contacted them to see what I should do.

The reply stated, as your item is 3 months old it is out of waratee (sic)

I contacted them again through Amazon, the reply this time...

Sorry, but we have already said it's out of waratee. Nothing we can do.

So, if you're thinking of purchasing from Zoo TV then don't bother.

Awful company. Product bought was not right and immediately returned and they never refunded me despite many calls and emails none of which were ever responded to. AVOID this company!

Terrible company. We bought the Solalite brand and they broke as soon as we opened them- All 6 of them!

I ordered two windscreen covers before Christmas and they haven't arrived. The company is still advertise the product in Woocher.
Buyer beware, I think that Woocher should told that this company is not conducting an honest business.

Ordered a children's tablet for my daughter for Xmas via wowcher. Added batteries to the very cheap, fake looking tablet but nothing came on. No on/off button. It's basically a piece of plastic with a fake screen. Cannot understand why wowcher are working with this company. P's. This is my 1st ever online review but due to being completely appalled I wanted to warn others.

Bought child's learning computer (tablet). I know it was cheap but the postage must have cost more than the item. Added batteries (missing screw to lock panel - a safety issue with toddlers who could swallow the batteries) tablet did not work, did not switch on or do anything.going to contact trading standards - dangerous for children. Bought through Wowcher - they should know better!!!!

I ordered a halogen oven but a product came broken. I wanted to return an item but contact with them is impossible. People avoid these cheaters!

Purchased 2 'Y' Pad learning computer through Wowcher, I have received both items and the quality is appalling, The box states a screwdriver is required, not so as no screw in the Battery Cover on either 'Y' pad, the learning computer is of below standard construction, flimsy blue plastic back, the, 'screen' is a plastic covered sheet of cardboard, when batteries were added it tripled the value of the product, nothing happened did not switch on. tried to remove the batteries one of the springs on both pads became embedded in the battery. I have tried to contact Zoozio both by email and phone without success so my next port of call is Trading Standards.

I purchased an alarm clock via Wowcher two weeks ago, and it has stopped working already. Zooozi appear to be uncontactable, so I will have to get my money back via my credit card company.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
