Trying to cancel subscription is almost impossible! I’ve read all terms and conditions and also with the subscription model they are tying you into at least 2 deliveries which is far from made clear.

I’ve had to email them and waiting a response, if need be will have to cancel my card but I shouldn’t have to they should make their subscription model easier to change frequency, cancel or pause!

Your own website terms and conditions page states - 1.3 When agreeing to a product 'Subscription' option, this requires a minimum of two payments to be made on two separate occasions. The first when placing your first Subscription order and then the second which will be charged automatically after a period of 30 days since the initial order.
This is found at your website under - /legal/terms-and-conditions
If this is not correct maybe it should be removed and an actual link provided to people’s subscriptions to be able to cancel ourselves rather than chase emails

A great product on my third order and when I received a damaged order it was replaced once I connected with the business owner who is looking to improve the way they deliver.
Highly recommend the product and looking forward to the new varieties

I am now on my second order of Zooz drinks.
When my first order arrived I was excited to try them but to my disappointment I wasn’t quite sure of the taste - it was ‘different’.
I persevered because I had bought a batch.
I enjoyed that they the brought my focus back during the afternoon slump at work. Slowly the flavour has grown on me and I actually love them now; hence the second order of 24 cans! 😁

Love the flavour of this drink. It feels like a real treat. I don’t drink alcohol so it’s a nice alternative. Delivery is always prompt. Looking forward to trying new flavours when they launch.

Great customer service, excellent price, and a wonderful alternative to drinks like Aperol Spritz, when mixed with cheap zero alcohol sparkling wine or soda.

With the AF market booming, this product is way up there. It tastes like nothing else and is really delicious. Packed with flavour, not too sweet and not over carbonated. For those of us who seek out grown-up soft drinks without any sugar or nasties, this is perfect.

Great pick me up without any of the artificial taurine, caffeine etc

The caffeine is from green tea and love the mushroom hit. Great as a mixer at a Festival

Love Zooz the fact it is not so fizzy is great as I don't like fizzy drinks. Plus no artificial sweeteners etc. definitely gives me a pick me up and clarity when I'm feeling tired. Coffee or caffeine doesn't do anything for me so it's great to find an healthy alternative to all the unhealthy caffeine packed drinks out there. Looking forward to new flavours in the future.

There is a High caffeine content in this drink that isn’t made clear when you purchase it. Certainly not something you would want to drink in excess.
I think Zoos should have been much clearer about how much caffeine is in this drink. I would return them if I could.

Fantastic drink, really healthy which pulled me towards it. love the taste and the fact it’s not that fizzy.

Amazing drink! Great way to socialise with no sugar intake, would definitely recommend.

The 3 gentleman offering the product were engaging and awesome. The drink had a nice mellow flavor and as a non-drinker is a good option.

It is marketed as a drink to chill in the evenings with as an alternative to alcohol, similar to aperol spritz. However it wasn't clear that this drink contains a high caffeine content, I only found out when it arrived. Very disappointed. If I want caffeine I will drink coffee with mushroom blends.
