Zooz Drinks stands out for its clean taste and premium feel.

I love the product—it's the best functional drink I've ever had. Clean energy, no crash, amazing taste. But the price point is utterly ridiculous. It's not sustainable for a daily habit. I'm giving three stars as a compromise between my love for the liquid and my fury at the pricing structure. Fix it, Zooz

For me personally 2 cans hit hard. I’d definitely recommend starting with one can, especially if you’re sensitive to calming botanicals, as two felt quite intense for me. That said, I can see how it would be perfect for deeper relaxation or winding down properly in the evening.

UPDATE - Ahmed from Zooz has been in touch and has cancelled with no issue - very helpful guy. Have changed my review as customer service from him has been excellent. Thanks - drinks are really nice and would buy again.

Cannot cancel my subscription anywhere on website - have emailed repeatedly and nothing
Have had to freeze card in the hope that the won’t be able to process the payment - very disappointed as the drinks were nice but want to order when I want - not with a recurring

Great product great company and delicious drinks

Based on my 5-day trial, Elevate reduced mental fatigue significantly

Quite literally see their adverts everywhere so thought I’d give the drinks a try. They were taking some time to arrive so I reached out twice for an update - both times I reached out there was a fairly quick response about production line issues or missing ingredients - it seemed slightly different each time, a shame they hadn’t reached out proactively. I’ve now requested a refund to be processed which also seems to be taking some time. Through out the process I’ve been offered multiple discounts on a future order as a way of apologising, but I think I’ll wait for some evidence that the supply chain issues are resolved, a bigger trusted retailer is selling, or I see the product physically in shops rather than ordering directly to try this one. It feels a little chaotic and untrustworthy.

I love the meditate drink from Zooz. I have it on an evening as an alcohol replacement and haven’t given alcohol a thought since. The flavour is really lovely you feel like you’re having a real treat. It’s also not over fizzy like some alternatives I’d definitely recommend it

We have tried both elevate and meditate varieties. Really nice drinks and a lovely alternative if you’re trying to cut down on alcohol and caffeine intake. Would highly recommend. We are yet to try the other selections, but I’m sure it won’t be long till we do.

The meditate drink is really good and does help me to relax more but unfortunately it is a bit too expensive for me to buy on a regular basis

I placed an order on 30th November, received part of the order and then after much emailing back & forth, cancelled the second part as it wasn't going to make it in time for Christmas! Incredibly, I am STILL waiting for the refund. Customer service is appalling. Meditate is an acquired taste, okay if you like the taste of valerian) so will advise to steer well clear of Zooz unless you like having hassle in your life for the sake of an average fizzy drink!

Update: received this ransom note after posting the review:

Amazing product! Arrived in 48 hours tastes great ! Perfect after boxing sessions when I want to wind down and get some work done ! I feel relaxed but hyper focused ! Really happy 😃

Ordered and it was quick on delivery but the package was wet when I opened it and two cans had leaked !! So upset.

5.5 weeks after order still no product delivery. Spend less on marketing and get your logistics in order! Seems it might be a scam

I ordered a pack of Zooz drinks on 27/11/25 and I have not received the order to date. There has been one email on 03/12/25 regarding a delay but nothing since. I appreciate that we have Christmas holidays to factor into this order but I am now concerned as I started a subscription and don't want to pay for the next one without receiving the first order.

Im really disappointed as I ordered a gift box at the beginning of December as an xmas gift but after waiting well over a week to hear anything I finally emailed to ask what was happening, I then was told about problems they had with a product so it would hopefully be with me by 12th of Dec but that came an went, I was sent some drinks as a compensation for the wait but it wasnt the lovely gift box I ordered, finally I emailed the day before Xmas eve for an update and was told it wouldnt be with me before xmas so did i want to cancel and have a refund to which i said yes however I didnt recieve one and I even recieved the gift box for new year however its too late ! It was an Xmas gift ! To date im still waiting for the promised refund !
Update, I was promised a refund if they didnt get my order to me by Xmas eve which they didnt but im still waiting for the refund and its now the 9th of January ! I think thats bad, and any good feeling I had about this company has gone so im afraid I wont ever order from them again !
