I have been a loyal customer since my first triathlon in 1984.
Great products!
Customer support and the customer experience are terrible. Zoot constantly sends emails with discount offers, but when it comes time to enter the code, there is a message that the code has been used. etc. For example, "BackToCart" 10% discount incentive.
Most recently, I wanted to place a 6-item order. One item was out of stock. I have to keep checking the website for availability for this item. The item will need to be ordered separately in the future AND I will have to pay for shipping since the 1 item by itself does not qualify for free shipping. Also, there was no offer by the company to let me know when the item is back in stock. Definitely not a positive buying experience.
Responses from Zoot reps are always snarky, rarely helpful. As a result, I'm frustrated after each interaction. I definitely do not feel that my business and loyalty are valued by Zoot.
Also, despite repeated requests to delete my credit info, Zoot stores it (huge security risk).
