Great prices, bad packaging practices. They have pretty low prices for a wide range of dog food, toys, etc. However, they tend to overstuff their packages, and I have received at least two times broken ones. Thankfully no items were lost in either case.
They have been scamming me and it is almost impossible to get them to compensate the damage and inconvenience that they caused as well as giving me the money back that they owe me, as I paid them too much. I’m still waiting for them to do what’s right.
I ordered on Friday they sent first on tuesday. That's not for 5 star rating

I wanted to cancel my order because I had made a mistake, contacted them literally 1 minute after placed order. They answered speedily, I'll give them that, but they absolutely refused to cancel my order with the excuse that "it already was on the truck. Literally 3 minutes after I had clicked "buy". They refused to honour right to withdraw, and lied.
Truth is I payed via internetbank, they already got my money, and they didn't want to let it go.
Was a loyal customer, am no more. Shady practices, stay clear.

Zooplus replied that since the product was not that expensive, and in order to reduce impact on environment, I could just keep the litter box and still get a refund. Impressed!
Previously there was much bigger selection on ZOOPLUS, but even that they reduced their selection they are still first stop when I am buying something for my dogs mostly due to their prices.
Would be great if their offer is unified and there is not that big difference in their offer between countries.

I order from them since 2017 and never had problems. Delivery is fast and package arrive in good conditions. Also the prices ar the best I can find.

Ordered 20 kg of dog food with home delivery. The package was delivered to a pick up point and even though I contacted zooplus for help I have to go and pick it up. I imagine it costs them next to nothing to order a "new" delivery attempt. Unacceptable! If I knew they would bamboozle me like this I would order from someone else instead. Now I have to go pick it up with a broken arm. Thanks zooplus, I won't be returning.

I bought a gate for the door but unfortunately it had a mistake. I contacted customer service and got in contact with the amazing Per-Åke Nådén who helped me organize a pick up fpr the product and he even asked if I wanted my money refunded or if I wanted a new gate. So easy and simply amazing that the package can be picked up as it is big and heavy! I am a regular customer with you but this just made me the most loyal customer as this service is rare online! Excellent contact with the customer's service
I've been shopping at Zooplus for nearly 5 years, my recent purchase was definitely the last! Last week I got a confirmation mail that my package had arrived, good right? No. Instead of being delivered all the way home as I had requested and paid for, it ended up in the city, 1 hour away, which I can't access due to Covid19. Contacted customer service, extremely unhelpful, just utterly RUDE. Now they're ignoring me.
There's no excuse for treating any customer the way they have, not to mention a loyal customer. The prices are good, but once you run into trouble with them, you're on you own. Not worth it! Shame.

They changed the delivery method without asking me first, even though I had asked for a specific one while ordering. Now I have to pick up a heavy package from a postal office that's far away from my place instead of receiving it at home, and I don't have a car.
When contacted customer service, their response was a simple " We reserve the right to change delivery partner due to its availability or availability of goods."
OK then, I can't order at zooplus anymore because I won't know if I can receive it at home or I should pay for a taxi to pick it up.
I understand things can go wrong and a given delivery option might not be available. But just changing it without letting the customer know is unacceptable. Either don't accept the order from the beginning if you know you can't deliver it properly, or let the customer know that you are making a change so they have a choice.

Placed my order 6th Jan, still haven't got my order and apparently it left zooplus yesterday. I contacted the support and they gave no explanation why it was so late, they just said the standard sorry. Crazy slow packning and delivering, i'll go back to shopping from vetzoo in the future.
