You did not reimburse me for the airfare difference as you had the date incorrect for my catching the flu.

If there is a natural disaster…

If there is a natural disaster completely out of your hands, they will ensure to make it as difficult as possible to claim any accommodation or travel expenses. Pay the extra and go with a more legitimate company. I will never use them again.

issue quickly resolved

I did not receive the email with the policy. Within 2 minutes, my address was changed to the correct one (it was my mistake). Great service!
