Excellent and been great support for our business during the pandemic

I am really so disappointed in this company. I know we are living in very challenging times and I really have tried to be patient but.... Over a week ago, I took up the onscreen offer from Zoom to upgrade my membership to the Pro version (£14.39 at the time). The money left my bank account on 5/4/20 but my account is still not upgraded. I need more than the 40 minute meeting time offered with the basic package.
I rang customer services 2 days ago and got through to an operative who promised to upscale my query as to non delivery to a senior member of the customer help team for urgent action...... To date, still no upgrade. I have just tried to enter live chat but keep being kicked off - first I was 38 in the queue, then 35 (progress I thought) next I was number 39!!
For a company purporting to be a world leader in digital communications, this is nothing short of ‘daylight robbery’ and, at best, incompetent!
I would either like my money back, or receive the service I’ve paid for.
I am in the seriously vulnerable isolating group in the UK and this service could prove to be a lifeline both in business and personal terms. As it stands, I feel let down and ripped off. Shame on you Zoom Office!

I ordered a Dams Cornwall Ergonomic Operators' Chair from Zoom Office Chairs as their price was the lowest I could find on the internet. As a bonus, the chair was dispatched the same day and arrived promptly. I was very impressed with tis company and would strongly recommend them.

I ordered a new table top April 8. Still have not received it, nore have i been notified as to when it would arrive!!! that pretty well says it all. LIVE AND LEARN.

I have just bought a great office chair from zoom office chairs. I spent quite a lot of time looking for the best deals online I found theirs was the best and after speaking to one of their office staff who were most helpful, I now have a chair which I am delighted with. If ever you need one yourself, that's the place I would recommend. kind regards Harry

The product I ordered was not in stock at the time, but I was kept informed of the situation, and it actually turned up before I expected it. All in all, a great service.

I was always kept in the loop about my order. Given extra information when required, and they delivered on their word as well as their product.

I ordered some office chairs which I asked to be delivered to a different address. The customer service and communication was excellent and meant that the chairs could be despatched direct from the manufacturer on a time/date that suited. The chairs were so impressive that I ordered more (and people keep asking where we got them from!)

Very pleased with the service, fast and plenty of notification about delivery.

The owner Mike, listened when I had a query on two conflicting prices on the website. He gave me the office chair for the lower price advertised. He seemed an honest and helpful person who I enjoyed doing business with. The chair arrived quickly, was easy to put together and has been the most comfortable office chair I have ever owned. Delivery was on time, the chair looks good and the price is right but in reality the seat is badly designed, mesh is curved too much making it uncomfortable to sit on it for long office use. The seat has no tilt settings plus it is slanting down from the front making it even more uncomfortable. I’ll spend bit more and get something with seat adjustment.

I needed a chair quite quickly as I was starting a new home based office job. I did a lot of research into a suitable chair and finally settled on a Galaxy chair from Zoom. I chose a fabric version of the chair as I believed it would be more hardwearing than the leather version.

Upon receipt of the chair I discovered it was re leather one they had sent. As I had no time to send it back and wait for the correct one, I kept it. Wish I hadn't. The chair back is loose, and doesn't offer any useful back support. The seat padding is far too thin for prolonged use, and the whole chair is totally uncomfortable.

If I had the option I would send it back, however I can't afford another chair right now, so I will just have to put up with it. Very disappointed.

Furniture was poor quality- desk-
Needed chasing for despatch, arrived 2 weeks late.

They had what I wanted at just about the best price and email contact with them was polite and pleasant.

I do not usually write a review, but the fact that I am doing it shows how happy I am to have dealt with Office Furniture Online.

Ordered a chair from their website around 2.30 pm, got it delivered the next day around 10:00. Easy to assemble very comfortable chair.

What impressed me most is the customer service. Their customer service manager gave me a courtesy call to enquire if I have received the chair, and if everything is alright.
There was a very slight problem with the chair base, which was being squashed by the arm rest, and I was promised a new seat base, no qualms at all :-)

Considering the fact that the chair in itself was excellent value for money, the customer service is the icing and cherry on the cake.

Please keep up your excellent customer service values, I am sure you will be the market leaders for a long time to come :-)
