After wasting 5 hours of my time, this thief company and its nonsense management stole my AED 10 reward.

I have started zoom bucks 2 days ago I do surveys and collect 5 dollars is minium widra for gift card and I widra after 3 hour the gift card is arrive and I really happy this platform zoom bucks is authentic and trusted and now only for widra you need to do num verification not like other website KYC so that's the reason why I like zoom bucks

I've been using this platform for years now and they always disappoint. I know this is not a scam but boy deactivating my account just because of some misunderstanding?? I don't even know how your system works. They said that I've been doing some point reversal WTF is that??? All i know is doing and answering survey fair, i did not even complain on how many survey i have answered and not given any points all those surveys lasts about 30-60 mins of my time and if you counted on how many surveys I finished and not given any points is really frustrating. You will give me my reward and my account then we'll call it quits.

this trash thing called zoombucks is absolutely useless imma get straight to the point, zoombucks will tell you nothing about a review only when you have earned up to 3000 points which is 3 dollars they let you redeem i never thought survey apps and website does that but i saw it when scrolling for new survey apps and websites to use beside prime opinion and top survey

anyways zoombucks stop my transaction when i got enough points to redeem it, zoombuck sent me an email about how they are processing the visa card

which was part of the rewards you could redeem after you get 3000 points

back to what i was saying they then told me that after an hour my visa card will come guess i waited for an hour plus after i wrote them saying i redeemed my reward and didn't get it after that nothing for zoombucks so i thought oh its sunday people dont really work ok on monday, so i slept and when i woke up and my email notification said zoombucks and i was like oh finally i have got it now wow zoombucks is good i will start using it only for me to open the email and they told me about how they reversed my point no clear reason just they reversed my points, ok i went to the website thinking maybe something bugged only for me to open my history LO AND BEHOLD this thing called zoombucks REVERSED MY POINTS LIKE FOR WHAT

Another day, another "problematic" survey. In recent months reversals and surveys that start out OK but somehow manage to become problematic in the final minutes are becoming more and more common. Zoombucks claims it can do nothing about it and that it's not their fault. The end result is, loss of time and no profit.

--Response-- Unfortunately i can't really remember the full details. What i clearly remember is that it was a relatively "rich" survey (close to 2$) and that all went well until i reached the final few questions. Then the text suddenly vanished and i couldn't do anything. I tried refreshing but it did nothing. I had spent at least 15 minutes and the survey was clearly finishing but it "miraculously" malfunctioned at the end. And that's just the tip of the iceberg. Since the beginning of 2026 the entire experience with the surveys has deteriorated by a lot. Unexplained reversals (tried to complain to the survey firms and got generic responses), many rejections after wasting time doing a decent part of a survey and generally a feeling of losing my time while the survey firms take my responses and refuse to pay. When i tried to complain to your site ( i sent a ticket) you told me that it was up to the survey firms to adress my compaints. Guess what, they didn't. All this has sadly forced me to write this negative review. Up till the end of 2025 my review would have been 4 stars but as things are right now 2 stars is all you get. Get in touch with the survey firms and tell them their predatory practices. I can safely tell you that what i am writting to you right now is not just my opinion but an opinion shared by many others.

You have great choice of many surveys at any available time.Surveys are appropriate and can be compatible to yourself. Ladderboard is also important and Interesting.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience on ZoomBucks. I spent a significant amount of time completing offers and surveys, following all instructions to the letter. However, the moment I reached the threshold to withdraw my earnings and "jumped through all the hoops" for approval, my account was suddenly restricted.
Support claims my account was suspended due to "Terms of Service" violations, specifically citing my use of different Wi-Fi networks (such as a hotel Wi-Fi while traveling). I am not using a VPN or attempting to fraud the system; I am simply a legitimate user who travels. It is highly suspicious that the "finalized" suspension only occurred after I put in the labor and attempted to collect my payment.
This feels like a predatory tactic to avoid paying out users who have rightfully earned their rewards. I would advise others to be very cautious, as your hard work may be deleted without warning right when it's time to get paid.

Sharing my years of experience. Initially it was good in paying survey points and rewards. But now they are doing scam. 😡😡😡😡
I have completed many surveys fully 100% from last few weeks but are not paying full rewards. Instead the will give 100-300 points only for completing the surveys of 1000-5000 points. 😡😡😡😡 They have crossed all the limits of scams and frauds.
