After your request to replace the hard disk, we responded immediately and sent you a replacement at no additional cost. The hardware exchange itself was completely free.
The only extra amount paid was for the installation and downloading of specific games requested by you. This service is optional and not related to the product purchase or warranty, but rather a separate customization service.
We are glad the issue was resolved and that you received a working product afterward.

The PS4 I received was cracked on the side + it has an overheating issue .
The seller could at least have informed on their website that those PS4s are subject to be shipped with such issues.
