★☆☆☆☆ Unprofessional, Unresponsive & Rude – Serious Safety Issue Mishandled
I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Zone Property Management has left me no choice.
I initially received a notice about urgent electrical and fire safety checks at my property, and I fully understood the importance. After receiving multiple chasers, I arranged an appointment, but had to cancel on the day due to unavoidable work commitments—for which I was sincerely apologetic.
Since then, I have made three follow-up emails and four phone calls to reschedule the inspection—all completely ignored. It’s unacceptable, especially for a matter involving health and safety risks.
When I finally did get a reply, it was from someone named Uyi, who was shockingly rude and unhelpful—a completely unprofessional response after I had been chasing them for weeks.
No resident should have to fight this hard to ensure basic safety checks are carried out, especially when they’ve shown willingness to cooperate.
Zone Property Management needs to retrain their staff in basic communication and courtesy—and start treating resident safety with the urgency and respect it deserves.

We are now suddenly asked to pay an extra £1.3k because their assumed budget for this year is not going to make it!!! Property’s main gate was broken for over 3 months which lead to our parcels being stolen day in day out. Everything takes so much time to get fixed. I would not recommend and would change them straight away if I could.

Since acquiring the property, I've been liaising with Ellie on a number of things to get us up and running. She is friendly, very responsive on email and progresses queries / requests making sure updates are shared with us. We're really pleased with the level of service and support Ellie has provided us so far.
They manage our building and are unhelpful. They ignore emails and calls even if it is an emergency.

I visited Ellie-Andrea Murphy for a face to face meeting at the Zone Property Management office last year. The meeting went exceptionally well, thanks to Ellie-Andrea’s knowledge, professionalism and understanding. Since then, I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with her on several occasions and each time has been a flawless experience. Zone are very lucky to have such a dedicated and capable member on their team.
Zone took over our previous management company for the building I'm living in and they have been proactive in fixing issues, upgrades and mantainence work.
I had the pleasure of having Christie Loucas helping me deal with a particular situation at the property and she was absolutely a professional in helping me promptly resolve it! I and could not praise her enough for her work!
Absolutely awful company. We pay for maintenance on our estate. What maintenance!! We have a childrens playground which needs attention. Five years and still remains broken.
As for their customer service is non existent, no human to talk to. Hides away behind an email service. Email this company and says 3-5 days before a response is actioned. That's a joke too!
