Concerns Regarding Incomplete Work and Service Accountability
The team committed to build the glass verandah in the backyard in 2 days. It was not completed in the estimated timeline and they left the work incomplete leaving my backyard in disarray. Despite of multiple follow-ups and escalations, no future dates were provided on when the work would reconvene. Each team is passing on the accountability to the other team within the organization, saying that its not in their control. Now my backyard is dug up and its looking quite shabby with incomplete work. After 2 weeks of committed timeline, I had invited family guests to stay with us for Christmas. Had to cancel that because of the state work was left it.
Zon en Scherm team lacks accountability, sense of urgency and most importantly customer service attitude and empathy with them. They also tend to make misleading commitment while doing the sale but post the payment is made, the tone of communication changes, and they refuse to take any accountability. I will be cautious about engaging with Zon en Scherm in the future. I hope my feedback will lead to improvements for other customers.
