If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered ( and paid half) for shutters for my new home on10th November. I was told 12 weeks wait, which I expected as I had shutters in my last house. However, 5 months later, no sign of shutters. Zero explanations and numerous calls later, I keep getting told someone will call me back with an explanation as to where my shutters are. No one seems to know and I never get a call back from someone who does know. Dreadful company to deal with and my advice is to avoid this company unless you want to lose your money. Disgusted is an understatement

Truly don’t understand how they have been getting amazing reviews I know I am not the only person who has ordered blinds and encountered issues along the way - at the beginning service is excellent came out when requested to measure for x3 perfect fit blinds was told 2weeks maybe sooner- so payed in full that was mid Jan2024 after numerous chasing of calls , broken promises for calls backs that never happened, told was a delay told no fitters told night before fitting they had to be sent back as came in faulty so today 14/3/24 after no further forward and unable to have them remade & fitted to my dead line of tomorrow did get call back and advised they will cancel order & refund via CHAPS wonder how long this will take to process so the experience I have had I would not recommend this company unless you don’t mind waiting 3 months or more - stay local they say- keep small businesses in mind - maybe not
Since I last updated my review I can now say all issues have been resolved and everything is looking great, my low score was done due to my experience but cannot fault the blinds and the after care given I would most likely use them again

This is the second time I have got blinds from Zone. Again another happy customer here and can highly recommend

I highly recommend Zone for their excellent customer service and top-quality products. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through the selection process, and the installation was seamless. The blinds are beautifully made and have completely transformed the look of my home. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Zone

Gordon the fitter came to refit my curtains after a slight problem I had
He was courteous, polite and nothing was any bother to him when I had asked him to fit a curtain in my bedroom also

I would highly rate this company from the customer service girls (Liz) sorting out my order to the guys who came out to fit them

Although the wait was absolutely disgraceful and had to chase up on 5 occasions, the man who measured and the fitter Jim King were top notch, absolute credit to the company!

Awful. Don’t waste your time- company is incompetent.
Ordered 2x roller blinds and was told they would be 2 weeks for fitting.
8 weeks later after calling to chase them every week (was also offered a free blind for another window they incorrectly claimed to have measured but has nothing to do with us!) Admin staff promise to call you back on the day and then go radio silent.
When the fitter finally came neither blind fitted, requested a full refund which has only been issued following days of emails and follow up calls.
They came recommended and I cannot understand why anyone would ever recommend this company.

Poor customer service. Take your deposit then give no communication or feedback on when the blinds were to be fitted. Was given an estimate of on month, two months later I'm still awaiting the blinds. Had to chase them up on multiple occasions and been given multiple excuses for delays as well as incorrect installation dates that keep changing. If I could cancel my order I would been an absolute nightmare.

From visiting the showroom to the fitting of the blinds, I have been very impressed with Zone customer service. Jim King fitted a number of venetian blinds today - he was professional, friendly and tidied away all the packaging as he worked through the fitting of each blind. Highly recommend Zone yo anyone who is looking for great quality products and fabulous customer service. Thank you!

I purchased Allusion blinds. I had not had these blinds before. Danny was excellent to deal with and offered lots of advice. The ladies at the office kept in contact with me and were extremely courteous. Iain fitted the blinds. He was excellent. He worked meticulously and prior to hanging the fabric he asked to wash his hands just to make sure no dust from handling the tracks transferred onto the fabric, very impressive. Thank you to the whole team.

Zone went above&beyond when I bought blinds.Everyone from zone was a pleasure to deal with from the girls in office to Danny who done the measuring pleasant guy who knows his job &Jim who fitted them he was very nice friendly guy and very professional at what he does also thank you very much to Jane 5star to zone I would highly recommend to anyone Well done Zone

Got blinds fitted today. Very happy with them and Jim has done a fabulous job fitting them for me. Would highly recommend this company.

I ordered curtains which were beautifully made, I have had many curtains made in the past and but these were made to exceptional standards.

I had Shutters and perfect fit blinds fitted to my kitchen, and delighted with the end look.

Gordon and Jim fitted everything to me, and the chaps were so pleasant and went the extra mile when I asked them to move a curtain pole for me.

I received excellent service and advice from Gillian in the store and would recommend Zone blinds without hesitation.

This shutter company is an absolute nightmare! I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with them for what was supposed to be a 12-14 week job, but it turned into a never-ending saga. They held my money hostage for a whopping 27 weeks!

Since May, I had to call them every month just to check in on the status of my shutters, and each time I got a different excuse. They told me a different date every time but never giving a proper reason why!

I finally demanded a refund, 6+months later and even that simple request took them a torturous 2 weeks to process, only after I made 4 follow-up calls. It's safe to say I'll never deal with this company again, and I strongly advise anyone else to steer clear of their terrible service!

Had blinds fitted recently and was very happy with the service from start to finish. Jim the fitter was very professional and did an excellent job.

Had roller blinds fitted recently by Jim King. The fittings were first class and the chat was first class too. Jim did a very professional job and I hope he appears to fit my Perfect Fit blind in a couple of weeks’ time. A true asset to Zone!
