Why can't I go to the website and buy pemf products. The website appears to be down.

Customer service was amazing, got an immediate response to my email when I asked a few questions. The product took about 2 weeks to arrive but postage is always like that lately. The product is amazing! I got myself the heated massage belt - really helps my cramps and the TENS Machine which helps my sisters cyst pain and the migraine headband works wonders for my mum, will have to get myself one too!!

Unfortunately the Insomnia Pulse Machine did not work for me at all.
Having said that the company were quick to get back to me when i had questions re using the product
It may work for some but did nothing for me

I enjoy using my Infrared Blanket a lot! It’s relaxing and gives me a good sweat up!
A couple of things may need tweaking though for the price you pay for one.
It should be easier to use with a zip puncturing instead of Velcro. I would also use it at a much higher temperature but the heating strips feel like they’re starting to burn my skin even fully clothed so I have to keep the tempt around 60deg and even that burns slightly, I don’t know if it need a thicker inner lining and also the time to heat the blanket up is a lot slower than in the manual, it need at least a good 15min or more to start getting warm.

It is not strong and not warm. Honestly did nothing for my daughter whom i bought it for. Waste of time and money. I hate pills. But she’s be better off with a panadol amd a hot wheat bag. I don’t even think it would soothe a baby that had gas. Waste. Good idea but it seriously doesn’t help. I can’t remember those date. Took a guess as I got it in September.

The small biomat is great. We already had a full size mat which is permanently on the massage table and used by the whole family. We liked it so much we took it on holiday, placed it across the bed so we could use it together. The smaller biomat was so much easier to take on holiday, we lay it on the couch, could sit or lie on it and restore, rejuvenation, muscle ease and clarity are the main benefits we have noticed.

Absolutely loving 🥰 my Infrared PEMF mat, rarely taking anti inflammatory meds & sleeping like a baby. Can’t recommend this product enough has been life changing for me personally!

I had heard about these mats from my massage therapist, and decided to purchase one for our family. We absolutely love our mat and we use it every single day! Loving my zoetech sauna bag. I couldn’t afford a unit but this is just as good. You get a great sweat on and really feel the detoxing benefits from it. Great to pack and travel with. Great value

Amazing! Helped a lot with the cramps and pain in general during my period.
I did feel that it misses a proper case to keep it when we are not using it. Something we could carry in the bag to protect the pads.

This product is amazing so convenient that it’s rechargeable and no microwave required. I have endometriosis and this really helps with my pain relief 🥰

Got the so called sauna blanket. Very disappointed. It is very bulky and heavy so not as portable and easy to use as claimed and doesn’t come with any kind of carry bag.
The controller isn’t reachable once inside the blanket and has no timer so it is very difficult and inconvenient to adjust the temperature once inside.
It takes a lot longer to heat than they say as the temperature from the top of the blanket varies quite significantly from the bottom.
The weight of it does make it uncomfortable on your feet if you are wanting to be in it for any significant length of time.
It is relaxing but nothing like the sweat session of a sauna, which is why I purchased it, it’s more like a warm bath.
If you’re after a sauna experience then save your money cause this does not even come close.
This does not meet my expectations at all and regret buying it.
Like I said, it gives you a relaxing warm bath feeling but with much more discomfort and inconvenience.
I would NOT recommend this as a sauna experience at all.

Yes I did contact customer service about my disappointment and they responded quickly but that does not change the product’s performance My review is about the product not the customer service.

I brought the tens machine to try take an alternative approach to my chronic cramps and endometriosis. To say this product exceeds expectations is an understatement. The size and design make it super discreet so I can wear it anywhere, when I need it. My pain is now under control and I am so very grateful for this product! I’ve been using this for several weeks now and I feel so much better. The pains I’ve been in is no longer controlling my life. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I bought this PEMF mat approx 18
months ago & it recently stopped working when water was spilt on the control panel. I would like to get a replacement part ( replace the control panel)
I have been trying to contact them many times but with no reply to any emails or messages. All the messages seem to go to her new real estate business/company!...
I will keep the review panel updated with my progress!

This machine changed my life and has made being able to function during a cycle possible again. Small and compact so it goes unnoticed under my clothes. Battery life is excellent. Highly recommend.

Couldn’t give them a ZERO.
The ‘insomnia pulse device’ is a marketing ploy that preys on vulnerable people. It’s painful, caused muscle twitches and persistent parasthesia (pins & needles feeling) in my hands well after use. Asked for a refund and they refused because it had been ‘used’. If you want to feel like you’ve been given an electric shock, go for your life. Absolute joke. Buyer beware.
