Scam Business

The item I purchased said it had velvet bows however did not and now they are saying to get a refund I have to pay for it to be shipped to China. When it says clearly on their website incorrect items will be refunded with no shipping charge.
There is no number for support just an email address which is clearly being answered by ChatGP. This business has to be a scam, very disappointing experience and poor quality.

Bought a handbag which looked a lot bigger than it is.

Bought a handbag which looked like a fairly large tote. It’s tan leather (faux leather) with a gold lock. cost was $129.00. The bag is actually very small and not like the photos shown on the website. Although the bag is good quality the size is not what I expected.
Not sending it back because the reviews state this is a nightmare.
Won’t be buying from Zoe again.

AVOID

Dress sent to the completely wrong state. Requested a refund as I no longer needed the dress as it didn’t arrive in time and “Chloe” in customer service did not acknowledge my request for a refund at all. Instead she resent the dress after their mistake when I clearly said do not send me the dress anymore I would like a refund. Also dresses and customer service responses coming from China when they say on their website they are in “neutral bay NSW”. Huge scam.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. Paid over $200 for a dress which had no tags, falling apart and so cheap!!!! Nothing like the picture. They are from china and not quick and easy returns. Fake address. I got 30% refunded as better than nothing. But have learnt a huge lesson, will be doing my research. The claimed Neutral bay address in Sydney is False. False advertising. Do not order.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. Says the ship out of Sydney, LIES!! It’s coming straight from China. Ordered a dress for a wedding on the 02/09/2025. It’s now the 17/09/2025 and it still haven’t arrive and I’ve had to buy another dress for the wedding.

Do NOT buy from here!

I should have been more skeptical (a store in "Sydney, Australia" willing to ship to the US at such reasonable prices) but I went ahead and bought what looked like a beautiful yellow formal dress. I received a 2 piece (top and skirt), very flimsy cheap material, NO tags (which I'm sure they will use an excuse not to refund me) and they did not respond to my refund request until I opened a dispute with my bank and informed them. I had to return my item to China (so much for "Sydney") and even the lady at the post office couldn't help me figure out what the mailing address is, so I probably paid $45 to send the dress nowhere. This is my lesson learned: LOOK FOR REVIEWS before purchasing from new "trendy" e-stores.

Worst experience I have ever had…

Worst experience I have ever had purchasing clothes. To anyone considering purchasing from this brand, DO NOT DO IT. The material of the outfit was terrible. They promise free returns, therefore I followed the return “process”, sending my package to CHINA from AUSTRALIA as per the address provided to me by the company to secure the refund and they have not honoured the refund. I have received no refund and I have emailed multiple times to follow up and have not had any response. Absolutely terrible and fraudulent experience. I recommend you do not purchase from this company.

MISLEADING CONSUMERS

The company refund policy on their website states an address in Neutral Bay, Sydney. When you actually want to return something, they want you to pay to send it to China. AVOID THIS COMPANY. I had to lodge a complaint through my bank.

Cheap and worst return policy

The material of the dress was so cheap, when buy a dress for more than $100 you expect it to be resent quailing however this I’ve had dress from SHEIN made with nicer material
When asking for a return they can’t even create the shipping label for you and everything must come from a factory in china

Fetro jacket

I bougt a jacket, it came faster then I thought. Very warm and nice, perfect for colder days. Zipper is littel tricky but not a big problem. I wear it every day now.

Zoe Sydney is a Chinese store pretending to come from Australia. They falsely claim clothes are high quality linen cotton but they are actually cheap thin polyester. Do not buy from this fraudulent company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. First the website says it’s Australian and the prices are expensive enough that I assumed it was gonna be good quality. When I ordered a dress the receipt told me it was $120 and then when I checked my bank account I was only charged $77 which was my first red flag. Then the dress shipped from China which is when I knew that I had been scammed. The dress arrived and it was a piece of crap. I had gotten better quality items on SHEIN. I seriously can’t even explain how awful it was, completely unwearable. I emailed the company telling them I wanted to return the dress because their website says they take returns for full refunds. After emailing back and forth with them a couple times (very weird automated messages that dodged my questions) the company ghosted me and I’m not outside the return window on their website. Don’t waste your money and get scammed by this place!!

Avoid

Avoid - they are completely dodgy. Their Ts and Cs promise full refunds, and that they will pay for return shipping if they have made an error. We were sent the wrong size. They refused to pay for the shipping, and refused to provide a refund. Still chasing them to get my money back. Oh and the item bore no resemblence to what was on the website, was made in China (and the customer support team is in China too) and was average quality.

We do this for the environment, as we do not support end consumers who do not check size charts, washing instructions, place of manufacture, or materials before returning items. Scam Do Not Buy from this Website

Ships from China and came in with a hole in the jacket and poor quality. Immediately sent photos and they said because I didn’t bring up the issue in the first email but that was literally my reason for emailing. It didn’t make sense.
Do not buy. SCAM
As of 9/9/25 I still have not received a refund even though below they say I have and I’ve followed up by email with no response.
