It looks as though I have fallen into the same trap as the other people who have commented on this company / transaction.
I have received a disc but no Planetarium !
I have tried to contact the company but the e mails just "bounce back".
Will try the Paypal route to get my money back but don't expect to get any joy there either...

Did not receive the promised product.

I order the planetarium for my son in november. Right away I received an mail they got my order. Soon as it pack, process I'll get a tracking #. I still haven't got nothing. Try e-mail got return back. E-mail fake or something. How do I get my money back?

Same issue and claim put in to PayPal to get refund processed.
As a side note I’m trying to work out why on earth this company has an overall rating of 2 on Trustpilot when it has nothing but 1’s and terrible reviews?
Did anyone out there actually have a positive result with them?
Please put your hand up if you did.
If not can Trustpilot devs please provide an accurate score of 1 to properly reflect these reviews?

Same as everyone else, ordered the planetarium via an ad on facebook and its been nearly a month and its not been shipped. I have had to open a case with paypal to get my money back

Ordered mid November the star planetarium have no confirmation or order no tracking and they still took my money though. I ordered for my daughter and she would love this but if I’m not going to get it I’d like to know. I emailed and no response.

Also bought the planetarium 13th November and have not received anything
All Emails sent to the contact address bounce back
Tracking number for my order does not exist on the linked to Tracking site.
Either incredibly incompetent or a deliberate scam
Dispute opened with PayPal

Seems to be a reoccurring theme here so I wish I had looked at trust pilot before ordering with these people.
I also ordered the Planetarium with both disks and paid for express postage.
No replies to email so its over to PayPal for a no show claim.
AVOID at all costs.

I ordered the planetarium along with 2 disks cost around 32 pounds on the 18th November and not herd a thing I've now reported it to paypal

Items not received and I have been scammed too. Lost over £100 on the the items. Ordered the moon lights. Awful and no one answers the phone. Steer well clear

Unfortunately I have been scammed too, bought a moon light that was not as shown on the site, no base, no colours described, no usb charging doc and to top it off it has a square bottom, it was meant to be round like the moon.
Discusting.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

very bad, not like they say it is, can not get refund back and no one will answer you call or e-mail etc.

THEY ARE LIARS AND FRAUDS, WHAT YOU ORDER IS NOT WHAT YOU GET THEN THEY WONT REFUND YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wouldn't buy off this company again. Ordered a product. They sent wrong colour, not my fault and to get a refund I have to send back at my expense on postage. Which I haven't as costs more than the item.
Very poor service and disgraceful after sales service..
So would not recommend to anyone..
