I am no further in getting my winnings from the scammers

I anm no further in getting my winnings despite sending the required information, which included my bank statement with all of my financial details. Along with this my driving licence and utility bill. Well over a month and I get the response below today.
I am concerned that this is a data breach as they have had the documents sent to them weeks ago and they are asking for the same things.
I hope this message finds you well. Thank you for your email and for your patience throughout the account verification process. My name is xxxxxxx and I am reaching out to keep you informed regarding your account verification status.

Jennifer, we have received your request, and I want to assure you that it has been escalated to the appropriate team for timely action. However, I need to bring to your attention that we cannot complete the verification process until we receive the necessary documentation from your side.

Unfortunately, the documents you submitted already could not be accepted due to the following reasons:

The pictures of your Driving License and the selfie with the Driving License document were unclear, with details that were not visible.
The Financial Standing Report you provided was not accepted as it was not a supported type in line with or internal standards; specifically, we need a bank statement in PDF format.
