Great help

Great help.

Have very specific time requirements and this was taken care of.

We will see tomorrow if they actually happen however I am pretty sure they will.

Tomorrow went great! was a great bbq and everyone had a blast with the tables and chairs 100|% would order again for next event.

Great Customer Service

What a great company! It's so nice to see such great customer service. The team were very helpful - particularly Jesse who helped me find great solutions for our event. I definitely plan to use this company on a regular basis. Thanks guys!

A lot of Improvement URGENT

Dear,

I've made an order with Zoef and there are several things that we were very disatisfied with!

First of all i have been talking with 4 different people concerning our order which resulted in a very confused manner, however people involved were staying professional but in the future i would like to avoid this kind of communication!

Second organization delivering the things was late 45 min which resulted in a very chaotic planning after that! I have read that you return the money if things are not on time?

Third this that we ordered were not in right amounts, 1 bouwhek was missing and the bar that was agreed to come has not been delivered!

We would like to have a refund of the missing things and since the bar wqa not delivered aagreed we would like to be refunded for that amouns well, i will give you a call to talk about this.

And finally when we draw all the cost together this is what we came out with meaning that we were charged more! We might give it one more chance to wokr with you but this kind of business is not acceptable and will not work for a long term relationship!
