May I speak to a human? I have already advised you that you informed me 2 parcels were delivered to an address, which wasn’t mine and the photograph of the person’s trousered legs and doorway were not mine either. Two amounts of £133.00 went out of my account on 03/04/26 and though I asked you to cancel one of those orders, you were not able to and now I am down £266.00, but without any goods. I have already emailed you twice and your latest email is telling me you are closing my enquiry! HELP!

I had a glitch with the app and recently contacted the support team for help. The AI bot asked pertinent questions and offered helpful suggestions in an attempt to resolve the issue but eventually had to refer it to the tech team. I was told that I’d be contacted on the next business day, which I felt was acceptable given that it was the weekend; I was advised to refrain from sending any follow-up emails in the meantime so as not to delay the process, which I thought was clear and sensible to point out. At 7.30am on the Monday (well before normal business hours) I received a message from Emily (a real human!) asking if I was still having issues. Fortunately I was not, as turning off my phone resolved it, but I was impressed that the customer support provided was quick and as promised. 10/10!

I’m really enjoying the Zoe Daily 30+ which can be added to all sorts of dishes including cereal and desserts. The team are very quick to respond to emails which has been very helpful when I’ve had product and website user queries. Can highly recommend.

Texture is fine, however this tastes vile on muesli due to the spice content. I’m unsure what type of food it would complement. My main reason for the one star rating is it caused severe flatulence. Both with regard to volume and unpleasant odour. I’ve not experienced anything this bad without eating contaminated food.
Bought four month supply and don’t know what to do with the other 3 months and 28 days worth as I don’t dislike anyone enough to pass it on. What an expensive waste of money.
With regard to the reply below, it’s really not a fibre issue as you imply. I have been vegetarian for 40 years and eat above the daily RDA of fibre. I also eat a wide range of plants including nuts and seeds. TAste aside, there really is something wrong with this supplement to cause such an unpleasant reaction on a par with mild food poisoning.

The email bot is fabulous. The app is awful. It’s over busy and difficult to navigate. It’s hard and not intuitive to log foods. The UI is crammed with articles, info and your own scores for good. I’m tech savvy but this app is beyond me.

I highly recommend Zoe. I have had a really positive experience with their app, products and customer service. I ordered their testing kit and needed to reach out to ask a question about timeframes. The response was provided by AI but it was excellent and I got the information I needed. As AI’s go this one is well above average I would say.

I didn’t want a subscription for Zoe as I can’t eat a large spoonful as it irritates my colon , I sent in a request to help me manage my subscription and did it with ease , customer service was very good and informative from Fin , I can now enjoy my Zoe daily 30 and re order as and when I need to .

Excellent advice backed by sound research and science. Pricing for subscription and gut testing, which was initially high in the beta phase, is now very reasonable for what you get in return - a personalised gut analysis and then personalised advice on what and how to eat to improve your health across multiple aspects. As a previous original subscriber who has now returned, I cannot stress enough that Zoe offer genuine help to improve your health and get to know your gut, with simple and easy to follow advice. I think anyone would benefit from this service. Their support team is great too. Responsive and well informed, including the AI chat bot, which is definitely smarter than the average AI bot. Overall my experience with the Zoe service and the Zoe app has been unfailingly positive.
