I purchased a wardrobe online from this company and I never received the goods. I called them up to enquire and t was told that the goods would be delivered on 2 separate occasions only to be let down and no goods received. I then decided after that to go and purchase the same wardrobe from a shop. I then contacted this company and requested a refund and was told on 2 separate occasions that the company website is down and that my money is safe and that I will be able to get a refund or have the goods delivered. I checked their online site and it was unavailable. I emailed the company and stated that I don’t see why they cannot refund me due to their site being offline and they seem to be using this excuse to delay giving me a refund. I’m currently awaiting my refund and I’m thinking about taking further action in order to get my money back. I would advise anyone to stay away from this company so that you don’t experience what I have been through. There’s something not quite right about the way they treat their customers as I have found out. This is a nightmare situation and I will never buy anything from them again! ☹️
