ZLine Came Through for us, in a Big Way!

We had purchased a ZLine microwave back in 2022, and loved it every day. However, this past Summer, it died on us, leaving us heartbroken. I contacted ZLine; and, after a few emails back and forth, they graciously replaced our microwave—completely!—with the exact same make. We were absolutely thrilled. The quality of that microwave was that which we’d grown accustomed to, and now we can continue to enjoy it. We are truly grateful that the quality of their products seems to be matched by the quality of their customer service. Thanks, ZLine!

Some companies gouge terribly on replacement parts, but not yours.

Hannah Lieberg is my Account Manager, and she is very responsive, and quick to solve issues that come up. Zline has great in-stock inventory with very little backorders. Also, the quality, fit and finish is superb, Zline is a great value for our customers.

Warranty

I like that I can email our rep Hannah with any issues. After a few questions on her part, she takes over and handles the warranty of all of the appliances. It is very stress free.

I love working with Cheyenne, she is so easy to work with. She understands our needs for our showroom customers at the same time she stands behind the company she works for all by listening and reacting quickly to what needs to be done. Refreshing

My husband and I ordered a gas range 8/2020. Our installer never gave us our manual when he unpacked our order and we just realized the "oven indicator light" has never worked. I called customer service & used the call-back option.

Jon was the rep who returned my call. He found our order, was professional, engaging, kind and a step ahead. Jon sent an email within 5 minutes of our call ending and provided us with the user manual as well as a couple options on how to get our light fixed.

Thank you Jon!!! Your concern, efficiency and professionalism was very much appreciated and refreshing.

I needed help getting a switch

I needed help getting a switch. My range hood is over 5 years old and I knew it was out of warranty. After supplying the needed information I was pleasantly surprised that Z line was going to send me the switch at no cost. They even sent a link to a video showing how I can replace it myself. Excellent customer service. I’m very impressed.

EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ZLINE

Sophia helped us with our selection and purchase. We had an absolute wonderful experience at the Z Line facility in Reno, Nevada. Sophia greeted us, showed us what we were interested in, explained the product, makes sure we understood our options and completed our transaction in a very efficient and professional manner. She followed up after the purchase and made sure we were happy with all aspects of the transaction. The level of customer service we received was exceptional and unfortunately, so very rare today. We highly recommend ZLINE and Sophia.

Communication is key!

Zline actually picked up the phone and called me about the issue I was having. They also followed up each call with an email. I had a question about the wiring schematics and it was resolved in about 1 hour. Great customer service!

Wooden Range Hood Splitting!!!!!!!! Don't Buy.

I puchased a very expensive ZLine range hood. It is the centerpiece of my new kitchen. Within 30 days of delivery, the wooden hood had split in three different places. Although it was less than 30 days of delivery, the Range Hood Store would not allow a return because Z-Line's policy is not to allow returns of installed items. Had I purchased from Best Buy or Home Depot, I would have actually had the opportunity to return a defective item within 30-90 days. After seeing what was supposed to be a luxury, high-end product start splitting in less than 30 days, I have no trust in this product and I was not allowed to return it and replace it with a Stainless Steel product. This has been a very disappointing experience!!!! ZLine sent a replacement hood, but I had to pay for installation again and I can already see the second hood starting to split. It is clearly a manufacturing defect.
