I purchased a king super dooner it has a very poor print on it I am very angry and disspointed it looks nothing like the picture

I had a not too bad experience with Ziconic with the Pokemon quilt set. Yes it’s very thin but seems to be of good quality. Would have been nice if it came in a plastic protector instead of just the shipping packet, so that’s a downside.
Waited a week without a tracking number, so I emailed them. They replied the next day with an answer (gets made when ordered, which is okay) & good customer service. Would buy off them again.

My item arrived is poor condition. Package had been torn and it came without plastic seal. It has a strong odour and I can’t give this as a present. Customer service is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. Basically called me a liar and blamed delivery company. Told me to wash it but return states items can not be washed. They are rude and horrible. Scammers. Avoid shopping here.

This site is a complete scam. Ordered quilt cover. Was sent a packet of phone covers. Reached out to Zirconic via chat function. Was told they would resent my order. Never arrived. Do not order from Zirconic.

I ordered black out curtains from this company, when they arrived and i hung them up they were obviously not blackout curtains. Light was coming through the weave and since i had purchased this for my child's nursery, i decided to return them. I was told that they only accept returns if the product is faulty. I said that it is faulty and doesn't do what is advertised. After sending photos and pointing out the flaw in the product the customer service member just made excuse after excuse and then stopped messaging me. I am so disappointed in the product and follow up 'customer service'.

No response after 10 days order placed.
No indication when order will be despatched.
No information at all as to wheather the product was in stock.
