Overpromised and underdelivered. The premium plan can only generate simple templates, has zero creativity, it just push out all the same simple templates without functionality and without a well structured UX regardless of your prompts. It just push out random photos and copy. Zero functionality, just a shell. They also are gaming the return policy, they say 7 days no risk, but they have a long fine print to effectively try to deny refunds. The corporate culture is very poor, slum dog millionaire poor.

My website that I build crashed due to my own mistake. ZipWP solved it fast and I even received a mail in the weekend, when the crash happened. Great srvice!

We did not subscribe which points to you following bad marketing practices which is a bit ironic when you consider the nature of your services. Your email was un welcomed and un wanted. Please stop spamming busy businesses.

They don’t tell you this; but you playing with the features counts as “creating websites”. You lose your access to the platform having wasted your money and then they suggest you upgrade your plan. Emails to support don’t even get read. They send back templates responses which say nothing of any substance. Basically it’s a scam. Beware.

This tool is a complete waste of time and money.

I bought it hoping to speed up deployment for lead gen sites and PBNs — big mistake. I’ve abandoned it entirely.

The platform is slow, buggy, and ridiculously limited in what you can customize. Under the hood, it’s just a bloated Astra theme with some slapped-on “AI” gimmick. If you’ve read WP Johnny’s take on Astra, you already know what I mean — it’s a performance nightmare.

This is not a tool for anyone serious about web development. It’s made for beginners who don’t know better.

I went for the yearly plan thinking I’d save money. In reality, I just burned it. I gave up after a month and a half when one of my sites became completely unusable — thanks to an Astra plugin choking the whole thing. Didn’t even bother asking for a refund. I had already dealt with support once (right after signup because I missed a promo by 2 days), and the guy was rude and unhelpful. Didn’t expect anything different the second time.

Don’t fall into the same trap. Avoid.

I am an inexperienced novice. With ZipWP, I am now creating sites effortlessly. ZipWP does all the work. All you need to do is decide what you want to put on your site. Add the copy, and ZipWP AI makes you look like a Pulitzer Prize laureate. Finally, a product that works as advertised.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I paid for a full year of ZipWP and canceled early because the platform is not user-friendly, constantly buggy, and simply not reliable for building a real website.

Even after hiring a developer to help, they noted the same issues—the interface is clunky, unintuitive, and clearly not built with users in mind.

To make matters worse, ZipWP refused to refund the unused portion of my annual plan, despite me canceling due to how poor the product is. Save yourself the headache—do not waste your time or money here.

This is an incredibly efficient workflow for building a website. I am very happy with the end results.

Really good site building tool and used experience, it allowed me to run a few prototypes and test. Well worth using and it will suit a certain client base. Customer service was excellent and they reached out asap to see if they could assist in any way.
