Listen people... This is a No B.S... No false promises service. Let me tell you a little about my journey and you might be able to resonate with it. So i had my site created but it was slow. So i watched a loadB.S of you tube videos and tweaked it but no joy. Then I was advised by a web designer that the site is no good and really needs to be created again. Guess what? Being desperate I gave in and paid him over $750.00 and the new site was made. Shortly after, My hosting companies server crashed and the site was not backed up. So I was back to the original site. I just did a simple google search and there I found WOON. His service is impeccable and delivers exactly what he says. Don`t be duped into have a new site created. Contact Woon and have it speeded up and save a fortune.

Went above and beyond to fix my speed problem, and provided after-support until was fixed. Well worth the price.

I used these guys before Christmas. Just got my site back to normal this week. It was amazing how my site appeared faster with the results that they sent me. However, I was not able to replicate them on either GT Metrix or Pingdom. In addition to this, my site cache filled so rapidly that I had to clear it at least once a day and was getting warning emails from my hosting company! Finally, I also found that my site was becoming really unstable, and would often crash while I was administering it. I have now uninstalled everything they had done and reconfigured my plugins. Site is now nice and stable, cache is not filling up super fast and I've made the correct changes myself which means that now my pages are served at a good speed. Zippisite are very cheap, and there is a reason for this.. If you really care about your site, and it is image heavy I'd say AVOID. I've learned my lesson. They are polite people and try their best, but for me it was a disaster. (Although I have learned about optimising site speeds!)

I have had a few sites optimized by ZippiSite and I am highly satisfied with his service. He not only fully optimizes your site, he also sets you up with a variety of tools to keep your site running smooth! Will definitely keep using his service!

Do not trust!!!!!! Didn't speed my up website, actually was left slower and did not get my money refunded. Only got my YSlow score to a D. Waste of $49! If you are looking to speed up your website use 'WP Speed Guru' he is GTMetrix approved and recommended, and gives you ongoing support throughout. Alexei Kutsko (Speed Guru) helped me get my website from 9 seconds to 1.1 seconds.

Please save your money and time and do not use ZippiSite

Trust me! It works! My website is faster than ever. My loading time is 1.5sec!

I was having serious load issues for logged in users on my wordpress website and I tried everything to fix it thinking there's nothing else that can be done. I submitted four sites for Woon Lam to optimise, and due to the complexity of the websites, he was only able to speed up one of the websites. This is not something that could be helped on either side. As promised on his website, he refunded the fee for the websites that he couldn't help with. Despite this, I would not hesitate to use Woon's service again - he is professional, helpful and trustworthy.

Lam Woon is a really nice guy from his emails, he responds promptly and he did bring my site speeds up for a while and I found him completely trustworthy. However..there is a cost to the service. My site now requires daily maintenance and actually I can't replicate his page loading speeds even using a server in the same country as mine on GT Metrix any more. In addition, the site has started to crash sometimes because of memory issues. It was $49 well spent to show that a shortcut wasn't going to sort out my issues (I have a very image heavy site), so I am now in discussions with a more expensive firm to get things sorted out properly. Not right for my needs.

I was admittedly hesitant to grant access to my client's site, but boy was it worth it! My client's site had been a terrific challenge to speed up, despite all our efforts to minimize code, compress images, etc...after the service, the site is loading literally 10x faster than it was before!
