Been using Zipjet for years and move to Laundryapp has made it even better. Great to get those difficult to do items cleaned.

Don't use it, go to local dry cleaners

Drivers have no clue, you spend 20-30 minutes running around looking for them. They claim not to have basic information and make the experience painful.

Customer services kept me on hold for 15 minutes in the cold, standing outside in January waiting for driver who was apparently outside but not outside at all.

Would never ever use this service again and would go out my way to tell people not to use it.

The address had a small discrepancy which may have caused confusion for the driver. I believe the driver called you to try and get a better description of your location. Ideally, we do not want this to happen, and the experience should be seamless, but sometimes certain address do not appear entirely accurate on the GPS system.

I am sorry to hear that you were on hold for 15 minutes. We were trying to contact the driver on your behalf to get an accurate description of his location. Keeping you on hold for 15 minutes, is really not ideal, and we sincerely apologise for that!

We would like to offer you a small gesture of good will, as an apology for this. Please keep an eye on your email inbox, where you will received a voucher.

Zipjet missed the pickup-up time window…

Zipjet missed the pickup-up time window and completely missed the delivery time, only to deliver my laundry the next day. The evening of my scheduled delivery, I was notified that my delivery was completed. The delivery was then made the next morning. Why select delivery time windows if they aren't used.

Oxford shirts not folded with any care, folded in half and just stuffed in a bag.

I reached out to their customer service representatives and they were understanding but the service itself speaks volumes.

We are truly sorry that the the collection and delivery times were not adhered to. Sometimes traffic can cause drivers to be delayed, but we would always endeavour to inform our customers well in advance. We are so sorry if this was not done on this occasion!

Furthermore, we apologise for the confusion regarding the delivery already being dropped off. The driver completed the order on his app in error, and did not let us know. He then took it upon himself to deliver the next day. We do not want our drivers to do this, as we would like to be clear with our customers, and communicate properly.
We are sorry if this caused any inconvenience, and we have spoken to the driver in question.

The shirts would be best sent in as part of our Ironed Laundry & Dry Cleaning service, where shirts processed and charged per piece, are pressed, and can be folded if you choose. I can see you selected the Folded Laundry service which is our regular service wash that does not include ironing.

We are confident that you will have a much better experience next time, and do truly appreciate your feedback!

DO NOT USE EVER

Do not use this service ever, I mean even if you’re stuck without an iron - you’re better off going naked to your event rather than putting yourself through the the miserable experience that is...Robjet.

My first time using the app, this company have either lost or stolen my £500 dress. Complete joke. STAY AWAY I MEAN IT.

Not worth it

If you have any queries about the cost of cleaning, our dedicated customer care team will be more than happy to answer all your questions.

Furthermore, there is no excuse for the driver turning up earlier than the time slot. This is unacceptable and we will make sure that proper disciplinary action will be given so that we can stop this from happening in the future.

We are also sorry to hear that you are missing some socks and underpants. A member of our customer care team will be in contact and we will do everything we can to track the item.

Lost item

I’m used to using this service more than two years-sometimes the quality of their service was not very good but mostly it was good enough, before.... They collected my clothes (12 items) from my house ( every time, before I give them to driver, I take a photo of my clothes), but they return me back just 11! After that, I wrote them about missed item which cost about 500 pounds, but, afte their investigation, it took long time, they replied me that they didn’t found my jumper and they refuse to compensate me lost item. Can you imagine that? What is the mess? And who must keep a responsible for that?

The way our process works is that once our facility team receives the order, they will open the black bag, count the number of items, and inspect each one for issues. We will then send out an email which includes the number of items as well as the cost.

In your case, I'm afraid ur facility team only counted 11 shirts, and that is what they have logged and sent to you.

Nevertheless, we are sorry for what happened, and our customer care team will be n touch to resolve the issue.

missed multiple deliveries and…

missed multiple deliveries and collections, charged for a voucher incorrectly, overall poor experience.

To be clear, the driver never rang the door or contacted us... we I even waited downstairs for 10 minutes whilst on the phone to your customer service adviser.

Blaim to another company to not deliver…

Blaim to another company to not deliver my order on time and date that was expected is not what I deserve as a customer. Zipjet should have enough resources to not rely on their employees phone data to provide a service.

Really bad experience

Really bad experience, the support team is useless when there is an issue. Also they might loose your shirts and refuse to fully refund you. Check terms and conditions before taking the risk.
