Site is largely inaccessible. The color contrast is atrocious. It's near impossible to read most of the content. When trying to use the screenreader or tabbing through the site, it's near impossible to navigate. When attempting to contact support, the page I'm taken to is a 404! There's no address listed... This service feels like a scam. I've already filed a complaint with the ADA and would suggest everyone else does the same. The engineering leadership should be ashamed of themselves. If it were up to me, I would be looking for a new head of engineering before the lawsuits start rolling in. I expect more.
