The first(of many) purchases!! Perfect!!

This was my first(of many) purchases. I didn't know Zinga existed until my Shop app shared it with me. So happy!! Reasonable prices and the items despite being 2nd Class Royal Mail arrived very quick and the care taken into packing out the box was 100%!! The items where in perfect condition and not even a dent in anything!! Will definitely be a returning customer!!

Hmm...

Used this company about 3 times for Funko Pops, pre-ordered 3/4 Items and changed my mind while the order was still in pre order stage, asked for a refund while items were still in pre order phase and they have ignored all emails asking for a refund and processed the order. The order will be going back for a refund unopened. Why would you not respond to emails? Poor comms, gives off completely the wrong vibe as a customer, any reputable company simply resolved the refund no issue, feels like a money grab. Happy to update my opinion but not replying for over a week seems very scam like.

Update - they have finally processed a refund awaiting funds.

First time buy from this company

First time buy from this company. I bought Funko pop to add on my collection and I am in the box collector. My Funko pop box came damaged!!! I don’t think ,I will buy from this company again

I'm sorry to hear your item arrived damaged. This is not at all how we expect our items to arrive as we completely understand how important box condition can be to collectors. Despite our best efforts to ensure all of our orders are packaged securely to avoid any damage being caused in transit unfortunately damage is not always preventable.

Fantastic customer service

My first order with zinga they were having issues with there online payments they were fantastic over email they communicated with me and managed to get my order done I was so impressed I made a second order the next week

I’m sorry to hear that you weren’t happy with your experience shopping with us. After looking into this I see that the item you ordered was a pre-order that was not due to arrive until Late July and our stock for this item did arrive in the past week or so, around the timeframe we were expecting.

Our deepest apologies for the missing item from your order. Unfortunately we noticed this item was considerably damaged and It is important to us that customers know that they will be receiving their items in a mint condition, as we would not have been able to deliver on this assurance and due to this being the last quantity of this item we had in stock we decided to refund this item from your order and compensate you for the inconvenience this caused.

Pokémon mystery pop box

Great price, as expected all commons but a nice mix of newer and older pops. 1 pop had a lot of box damage which stopped it being a perfect score.

Although my box arrived crushed

Although my box arrived crushed, even though it had a big red fragile sticker on it, the items inside were packed with care and were not damaged at all!
Also, I was happy that my order was not forgotten about since it was placed about a year ago.

Absolutely awful.

Sorry to leave this review but I waited an awfully long time for the product. I’d understand if they even just sent my money back, I accepted a month was my fault for not seeing the pre order but also why was it not clearly visible. Then to wait 3 extra months for delivery and everything was blamed on another company, when I have seen it cheaper in other shops for the past month now and I just think what was the point of early order for this. It’s just been a nightmare without any refund, I honestly began questioning the company was serious. I won’t be ordering again from here I’m afraid, they also sent me a tracking code that didn’t work! Then I got an email that they wasn’t sending the product for at least another 10 days. Just completely hectic and felt like I’d been scammed for months which was beyond stressful.

I truly sympathise that the delay to this item was disappointing and inconvenient. Unfortunately product delays are honestly completely out of our control, we are only able to fulfil your order once the manufacturer (Funko) has released our shipment of this item. Currently there are no delays in our fulfilment times and I see that your order was shipped the same day we received stock at our warehouse.

The reason all our pre-order release dates are set as 'expected' or 'estimated' is because Funko does not set any exact release dates for their products. So, you’ll often see products available in stock at some stores earlier than others.

We try our best to make this clear to customers before checking out by changing the ‘Add to Cart’ button to ‘Pre-Order’ and adding the expected release date under the pre-order button on the product page as well as the 'My Cart' page before checking out. If you feel that we could do more to make this clear on our website we would welcome any feedback.

If at any stage throughout the delay to this item you wanted to cancel your order for a full refund, we would have been more than happy to assist, as our refund policy does not begin until we have shipped your order and you have physically recieved your parcel.

My Experience with Zatu

So Far I have order 3 things from here and each time they have provided the best service that I have had. The order or always either early or on time and that they are in perfect quality when they arrive. The website which I commonly used is a very human friend environment and provide simple gateways to there products and there security measure suit standard. I will continue to purchase from them as there service is "peak" for most places I have been, thank you so much and keep doing what you are doing 😁

Convinced this is a con

Convinced this is a con. Placed an order 2 weeks ago with "3-5 days delivery", and the courier has yet to receive it. I've contacted them via email three times, twice to request cancellation, and had zero response. I guess I'm onto Section 75 via my credit card company. Pathetic.

Sorry to hear you think of our store in this way, I assure you this is not the case. The item you purchased was a pre-order that was not physically in stock at the time of your purchase so the shipping estimate of 3-5 days would only apply after your order has been shipped.

We aim to reply to all emails within 24 hours, however we have been closed since Thursday for the Easter break so our response times have been slightly longer than usual.

We are always happy to cancel pre-orders at any point if they haven't been shipped yet. However, we have already replied to your email and cancelled your order as per your request earlier today.
