I bought a new website from Zing. Upon transferring admin rights, I lost all email service. The fix is likely easy, but Zing support time is up to three days. Imagine losing three days of email in your business. Zing support doesn't have the website admin transfer process right, and it's hurting customers.
This company is all about themselves. They could care less about text harassment and will contact you and disrupt what you're doing at 9:00 AM because they want to make a sale that you never inquired about. I've so had it with this nonsense from people.
